@jpage57 It's also being sold in a bulk pack at Costco. A pack of 8 is 14.99. It's usually $4.99 for a pack of two at the Albertson's near me. Now they are selling in a bulk pack like hamburger, too! I'm not sure how much they are, but I have a chili recipe that needs to be tried.

Ok so I tried the Beyond Burger Italian spicy sausage (used it in place of regular sausage) in a soup. Tasted great.  BUT...OMG my husband and I had such bad gas pains for 3 days. You have to be used to eating certain foods, and I checked on line and sure enough a lot of folks say it gave them gastrointestinal distress. Sorry but I'm personally going back to turkey and chicken sausage. ?

@triciact It tasted great, buuuuuuut. That side effect is not pleasant.  I'll keep using Lightlife. Less meat like, but it doesn't have the, um, side effects. And if you slice and pan fry it with a little olive oil it's really delicious. Their bratwurst is really good. I've made beer brats with it and they were yummy.

It's not the sandwich I saw, but BK is trying out vegan chicken nuggets in Germany. Maybe a vegan chicken sandwich is coming sometime down the road. https://vegnews.com/2020/9/burger-king-launches-vegan-chicken-nuggets-in-germany

@pamp The more plant-based foods we can get at fast food places (and everywhere), the better :) Thank you for your post.

@grace You're welcome. I rarely eat meat, so the more options the better!
