There is always light, if only we’re brave enough to see it.  If only we’re brave enough to be it.  (Amanda Gorman)

  • In the coming winter a new spring springs. It will be the brave who drive it.  And it will show the strength of the good of the people that will take up these roles in the places where they live. They will take their own worlds and make them better.  Never understate the power of good and never underestimate how the dark magnifies a strength it cannot sustain.  We are in a new time and a new spring and while we see the smoke and feel the fire, it is only the tragedy of being a witness to all of the old falling away as we enter this new spring. (Andrew Posey)
  • It is the growing and continued dismay people have in their leaders that inspires new movement.  What we see now is the Old Century and its tools of war and all falling away. There is a new light and new way of being that is coming. People want to find the light, even as the world they see is so clouded and their way so fraught. The light they are seeking finds them. (Andrew Posey)
  • I see huge beings made of pure white light looking lovingly upon the Earth and humanity. They feel very wise. I hear them say “We see you and are proud of your ongoing growth. You are cherished. The growing pains you are experiencing are making you grow up as a species as well as spiritually. This you must do. Hang on! You will come out at the other end soon and will shine as a beacon of light in the universe. You are brave to have come on the planet at this time of great change and upheaval. We smile upon you and send you love and protection.”  (Seaholly)
  • See the clouds in the sky? They are constantly moving and constantly changing.  Sometimes they disappear, but they always return.  There is a constancy in nature:  spring growth, summer, autumn and winter.  Despite the death-like winter, life renews itself again in the spring.  Don’t despair during dark times, during times of trouble and worry.  The rhythm of life continues in spite of our fears and anxieties.  Believe in rebirth of human life, plant life, animal life and planet life. (Bluebelle)
  • Humanity has to learn a difficult lesson before things start to improve. This is part of the process. (Baba)
  • Hold on tight. It will be a wild ride! (Baba)
  • Look to the relics of the past, it will help us move forward in the future. (Tonya W)
  • Civility in government becomes fashionable.  The moderate returns. (Andrew Posey)
  • As we can’t rely on good government to run itself, good people become more engaged.  (Andrew Posey)
  • Nature turns her back on us and heals herself.  I see the fish changing their habits, where they swim and spawn, to avoid man.  (Andrew Posey)

Hope is like a road in the country; there was never a road, but when many people walk on it, the road comes into existence.  (Lin Yutang)

  • There is hope for the world. Find that hope in your hearts and help it to come true. (Jeanne Mayell)
  • What do we need to know?  That we are further along and we are stronger now than we were in the darkest time when we almost lost.  Now good will need to endure. Be brave and rebuild by using muscles that have become ossified with neglect because of people’s own self absorption. (Andrew Posey)
  • We are never alone; Spirit is with us. We are being held in love and compassion. (Lovendures)
  • Hold steady. Hold on. Focus on the light. (CC21)
  • Don’t give up. We are always with you. (Baba)
  • Never doubt that you are supported by the universe. (Baba)
  • Do not fear, lead with your hearts, let the light guide you. (Tonya W)
  • Imagination presents possibilities to us.(deetoo)
  • Stay steadfast.  It’s coming.  (Dannyboy)

Learn how to see.  Realize that everything connects to everything else.  (Leonardo da Vinci)

  • I see bright streaks of light hitting the earth like powerful lightning bolts. It’s waking people up to the reality that we are all connected. (Seaholly)
  • Embrace adaptation and compromise. These are keys to survival in our personal lives and in our global life. (Bluebelle)
  • It’s okay if we disagree.  But let us agree that we are all interconnected.  We can’t do this alone.  And above all, be kind. (deetoo)
  • As Jeanne began the meditation, I was seeing star shapes (standard, 5-pointed stars shapes) that were stacked up, rotated, sort of like a spiraling stack. (CC21)
  • As Jeanne spoke of loving kindness, I thought about our group and how all of us are the many spokes/points of the sun/light. Earth is at the center, but we connect and bring that light in and amplify it. We connect it for the benefit of all. It expands like a stretchy, geometric band as we focus on it (have you ever seen those stretchy toy structures that you can play around with? Like that.) (CC21)
  • We are all connected. We must hold on to one another. (CC21)
  • The light from the mountaintops surrounds you. You are already here and never left. You are never alone or separate from love, light and bliss. Remember dear ones: You are One. (Teriz)
  • Love your neighbor. Help heal each other; you can each make a difference. There are many forms of love. (Lovendures)

We all have different gifts, so we all have different ways of saying to the world who we are.  (Fred Rogers)

  • A transparent ribbon of swirling, intertwined yellow, pink and aqua lights are moving around the planet. This ribbon embraces love and compassion. I hear, “Find your place in the universe. You are gifted with something special. Cherish and appreciate the life forms on your planet. It is a jewel like no other. We wish you could understand what we know and see. Many of you do but not all as yet.”  (Seaholly)
  • Have faith. Be your authentic selves. Know you will get through whatever path you are taken on. Know that each of you matter, that your actions at this time matter. Protect your loved ones, and the earth. (Jeanne Mayell)
  • Find your voice.  Use it however you can.  Your courage will give courage to others. (deetoo)
  • Embrace all parts of yourself, even those parts you believe are unlovable.  That’s where the gold resides.  (deetoo)
  • Share your wisdom. People will appreciate it. Listen to your gut. And don’t be afraid to take risks. (Enkasongwriter)

If you restore balance in your own self, you will be contributing immensely to the healing of the world.  (Deepak Chopra)

  • Enjoy time in nature to regain balance and feel earth’s rhythm again. Move to her beat. Our World is a wonderous landscape. (Lovendures)
  • Find joy in the smaller moments. Find beauty in each day. (Lovendures)
  • It’s okay if we laugh at the absurdity of it all.  Make room for joy.  Find your center. Remain hopeful.  Carry on.  (deetoo)
  • Ananda on high, you are here in dreams and meditation; acknowledge your true being.  Smile, dance, and expand with the sunshine from on high. (Teriz)
  • I hear: “These are the Good Old Days” by Carly Simon. I get the feeling that we should embrace this time right now. (Lovendures)
