@matildagirl It seems the Aussie birds are all living exclamation points in color and sound.

I have been working from home since 2020 and my desk faces a window with a clear bird feeder attached with several suction cups. The birds enjoy the seed and the shade from the oak tree.

Up close even the bossy starlings get to show off their plumage and of course the goldfinches are yellow jewels.

We have seen several generations of fledglings get their start and occasionally in the evening we hear owls.

I also have extended Australian cousins, emmigrants from Oxford many years ago.

Thank you for taking the time to include all the bird links!

@dannyboy sent me this uplift this morning. It brightened me to hear men, women, and children channeling Freddy Mercury's Bohemian Rhapsody

One week ago today..... I lost my beloved cat Majestic who died of a stroke in my arms. I have been grieving all week and the events of this week kept me in bouts of tears and sadness.  I woke this am with this song playing in my head... I had not heard it before... but looked up the refrain online and this was the song... it feels significant somehow.  Kacey Musgrave's Rainbow.   https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3D6OFv566mj7s&ved=2ahUKEwjDraTtlNaPAxXrC3kGHaEHF4MQtwJ6BAgGEAI&usg=AOvVaw337Q_YUJMH1PB1fL0KbPER

@journeywithme2 Cats can be such wonderful companions, can't they? Some cats can sense your energy in detail and help your energy system thrive once they've formed a bond with you. Majestic was surely a great loss, and I'm sure you'll always cherish your connection with her. I think it was this cat who sent you the beautiful, uplifting song. Cats can send farewell greetings like this, just as close friends and family members can do after they passed away. I've experienced this before. I'm not sure how it works; I think only heaven knows. But I'm sure it's possible. I'm so sorry for your loss, and I feel for you!

Recently, we said in this forum that dreams and intuitive songs can have a personal and a more general predictive meaning. I sensed your personal one and I am sending you a big loving hug!

@journeywithme2

I wonder if it's about being on the Rainbow Bridge?

@journeywithme2 Love, I think the cat is telling you that he is over the rainbow bridge, and more. If you look at the lyrics of the Rainbow song, especially the last verse, it says that your cat is now in heaven ('the sky has finally opened The rain and wind stopped blowin') and at the same time you're still stuck in your old stressful life situation (But you're stuck out in the same ol' storm again), but he tells you to relax anyway (Let go of your umbrella) because he will always have his way to contact you from heaven and thus everything will be fine for both of you (‘Cause, darlin’, I'm just trying to tell ya That there's always been a rainbow hangin' over your head Yeah, there's always been a rainbow hangin' over your head It'll all be alright). Meow. 😻
