Sharing this here because it was sweet and made me laugh pretty hard. I'm sure we could all use some of that right now!

I'm humbly asking if anyone has any healthy tips on how to process anger.
The news cycle and the back and forth feels like it has a way of amplifying anger, and I feel like it is harmful. If exercise is not an option, what's a good way to acknowledge what appears, process it quickly, and disperse it?
@anya This is a great question. The first thing I thought of was grounding. You can do it standing or sitting still, but it can be very helpful. I know we had a discussion a few years ago on various grounding techniques to move through emotions, settle the mind, etc. Some good info can be found on this thread:

Good luck and let us know if this helps! Others may have some suggestions as well.

I wish her well, and I hope it's not as bad as I think it's going to be.
Ah it seems the forum doesn't want me to post a reply to you. Nevertheless- a synopsis,---- Step back. Take a break. Cut out media. Absorb the beauty of creation. You do not need to fight all the battles. Spirit will take care of you.
LAWRENCE! OMG.
I was watching Easy Money yesterday. Huge Dangerfield/Pesci fan. Hadn't seen it in ages and needed some comedy relief. Afterward I went to IMBD to review the cast list.
The guy throwing the clothes at the tailor on the table with Dangerfield...that was YOU!!! 🤣 🤣
That was my first credited film role. I also had a long scene with Rodney on top of the pool table that was cut. We ad libbed most of it. It was a lot of fun opposite Rodney.
