Jeanne, I love making pumpkin pie. It is a family tradition now. Sometimes I will make pumpkin chocolate pie too.
The same place that makes the autumn pumpkin soup makes wonderful chocolate pumpkin muffins. Trader Joes has great seasonal pumpkin items. They were bringing the out last time I was in, around 2 weeks ago.
It is funny, it used to be that fall was apple time, everything was apple related but not nearly to the extent as pumpkins now a days.
