@unk-p First I'm sorry for your sister's loss (as well as yours). I'm glad the suggestion resonated with you and became useful. The first year is the hardest, but that doesn't make the second a cake walk. What I felt as I read was your sister relaxing & sort of zoning out in a peaceful way while using the books. In these moments, she's letting her wall of grief down just a bit, thus allowing her daughter to come closer briefly. I'm here if you need, friend!❤️

I have had a setback with my health and am in some pain. Especially unsettling is the feeling that the healing I've done needs to restart again. Is it Mercury retrograde?

My own pain issues have been through the roof recently and I don't know why. It can feel so undermining when pain flares up. My usual herbal teas aren't helping much but I am working with passionflower tea which is calming and heals my nerves.

Asking for prayers, reiki, Healing Energy , protection.... whatever you got to spare me. Woke up today in full throw Upper Respiratory Infection. My head hurts so bad when I cough I see blue,sparkling lights dancing as the pain smacks me around. My chest is wheezy and has mucous coughing up. Joints and muscles ache. Covid test negative thus far, but two coworkers have covid. Flu and RSV are raging right now as well. I only work on Mondays but.. that was 2-3 day incubation. Doing my herbs (thyme ,ginger,mullein) and teas and manuka honey.chicken bone broth. I am doing critter care and self care only today. Having trouble resting/sleeping which is desperately needed. @journeywithme2, I'm sorry you're feeling so sick. You sound miserable. I've just lit a healing candle for you and will keep you in my prayers. I spent a good month from Christmas through late last week dealing with Covid. It hit me like a bad flu, and the symptoms lasted a while.
Do you have a temperature? Do you think you might need a visit to Urgent Care to get things checked out?
