I am so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for you and your father. May you both find peace. Love for all.
@laura-f I will pray for your father as he goes to his place of rest. Know that he will continue to love, care for, and guide you and the rest of your family. Godspeed. I wish you well.
@laura-f We know love never dies and they stay near on the Other Side...watching and reaching out. Over the next several days .. I am seeing the number 7...be listening and watching... he is going to give you a sign that he is near and now pain free and there for you always. You are loved .. meantime.. it is hard to not have them with skin on here and no longer able to pick up the phone and hear their voice. Hugs and holding space for you as you grieve his passing.
I am so sorry to hear you lost your father, especially knowing how close you were to him.
May his memory be a blessing and my his love surround you.
I love the Jesuits, such a beautiful order.
@laura-f - so sorry for the loss of your father. Regardless of the age or time it is always a loss. May he live on in your memories of him.
I follow a daily post from Heather Cox Richardson and today's was especially poignant for me on this Memorial day:
Sending you light and comfort for the loss of your father. May his memory be a blessing. Hugs to you!
@laura-f, I am very sorry for your loss. May the cherished memories of your father bring you peace, and may you always feel his love with you.
Sending you prayers of comfort and strength in the days ahead.
@laura-f Dear Laura, When a loss is expected due to an illness, it is difficult. But when it happens suddenly, it can be so crushing. I know you are a strong person, but you are also such a deep feeling person. I pray you will remember that the depth of your sorrow is because of the depth of your love. And I can only imagine how much he loved you back. Wishing love and comfort for you and your whole family.
Asking prayers for these two precious souls as they come to the end of their Journey here. I can not imagine one without the other for long ... they have been walking in tandem working together for so so long.
Definitely two of my heroes.
