When the heart
Is cut or cracked or broken

Let the wind
From the good old sea blow in
To bathe the wound with salt
And let it sting.
Let a stray dog lick it
Let a bird lean in the hole and sing
A simple song like a tiny bell

I was just thinking of those in this community who deal with all kinds of pain, be it physical, psychic, emotional or mental. This poem has helped me many times over the past few years to just feel and let the feelings wash over me. I hope it helps you all, too. ❤️

So very and truly sorry dear Tricia. This is the pits! Hang in there. Hoping they all clear up very soon or at least give you a break!. Sometimes as awful as challenging times bad breaks can initiate big break throughs. May your own loving, caring, and giving gifts be returned to you in multiples of goodness.

If anyone has time and energy to send some healing vibes to my right ankle, it would be appreciated. I stepped in a gopher tortoise hole yesterday and snapped it in two places. Surgery for pins to be put in is scheduled for Tuesday. I am not expecting any problems but fast healing after surgery would sure be nice. Thanks.

im so sorry. Try to rent a scooter. I tore the meniscus in my right knee. Crutches as a scooter will help you heal.mim also putting on cbd salve . Sending love and light.

Ouch! I have no idea what a gopher tortoise how would look like because I am not even sure I know what a gopher tortoise is though I am guessing it is more tortoise that gopher. Whatever it is, it sure sounds like it did a number on your ankle. I will meditate and send healing energy to your ankle tonight.
