When Jeanne shared that photo during our beautiful meditation this past Wednesday I was blown away at how beautiful it was and how amazing unk-p captured her beloved kitty. They eyes said it all and captured he sweet essence perfectly. Amazing work Unk-p!!! Jeanne, thank you for sharing. ❤️

And it finally, finally came to me what spirit said to me during group meditation on Wednesday. It was in split overlapping seconds barely preceding your saying it out loud to us.
It was so "strange" i remember feeling perplexed but your reiterating it made it seem prophetic.
It was "The earth will protect you."
Same wave length, same four words. It still gives me chills.
@triciact and everyone, thank you for the kind words about the painting. It felt really good to be able to do it, as i hadn't felt capable to paint in a long time. Also i had never done a painting in this style- most of my stuff is kind of loud and messy.
As for the timing of it, i had no idea. Like i told Jeanne, i would have guessed that that anniversary could been anywhere from 6 months to another lifetime ago. Time moves so strangely now. I was actually going to keep working on it, because i wasn't satisfied with the background (there is a little bit of background not shown on the photo), but another voice was more urgent, and said "Send it Now!"
Dont feel too badly. My psych nurse told me she has been putting a lot of women
in their 60s on meds for ADHD. I’m one of them.

im sorry the meds didn’t help. I’m on a small dose and it helps me get up and get some motivation.
