Who wants to help me with an experiment? I've been receiving infusions of the drug Avastin (bevacizumab) since 2017 as a treatment for the brain tumors that cause hearing loss in NF2 patients. Tomorrow I head into Boston for my first infusion in 4 months. Normally, I receive the infusions every 3 weeks within alternating 3 month periods. For example, I will receive Avastin every 3 weeks until the end of September, and then go without any treatment through October, November and December. Once January rolls around, the infusions start up again and go until the end of March. This regimen continues indefinitely. (This last gap was 4 months long because I underwent surgery in May.)
So, the experiment. When I began the treatment in 2017, I knew it would, at most, be a stopgap until something better came along. Over the past 6 months, I've been realizing that "something better" may just be my awakening to energy healing and other shamanic practices. Towards the end of my last round of infusions, I visualized that the IV in my left arm was delivering to my body not just a synthetic pharmaceutical, but also the healing, vital life force of the universe. I intend to practice the same visualization tomorrow and going forward, but the power of my visualizations can be strengthened if other people are imagining the same energy being directed towards my body. I believe the coherence created by a community of tuned-in minds can change the way the Avastin is interacting with my physiology so that the problem tumor cells will shrink and disappear much more effectively. So again, who wants to join me in visualizing healing cosmic energy flowing into my being tomorrow? The infusion will take place anytime between noon and 1 pm EST.
I don't have another round of MRIs coming up until the fall (unless those are cancelled because of COVID), so I won't be able to report on visual evidence of tumor shrinkage anytime soon. But I can report on subjective measures such as my hearing or my physical sense of balance, and I really, really want to give all of you amazing news.

Visualizing that the infusion includes the healing vital life force of the universe into your veins, and flowing like a miracle of light through your body, healing, strengthening, revitalizing you, filling you with healing light until you glow with it and it radiates through every cell of your body, bursting into a million stars of healing empowering life force.
