People were anxious and upset watching the orange lunatic.
I did not watch, just couldn't stand watching what I understand happened. The orange clown being exactly the bully he is. As for the moderator, I read earlier that the clown did not want to have anyone that wasn't from faux as a moderator, so no surprise he let the bully run ramp over Biden. At least Biden did't lose his cool from what I understand.
I did light my candles and say a mantra that someone had posted on here to send light and strength to Biden. I think the clown will start falling apart more and more. I pray for a BIG vote in Blue.

I forced myself to watch the entire debate as support for Biden- to send him light and strength. Trump was his usual Bafoone,but his outrageous jealousy of Obama and Biden came out even stronger for me. Anyone who watched that disgusting display of disrespect,hatred,lies,ignorance,bullying... and was not appalled is really in a bad place right now. They are going to be in for a fall. I don't think Biden should do another "debate" or shouting match again. Trumpsters will never change. I am still sick to my stomach, but no surprises, just horrific to witness.

I held Joe Biden in love and light but couldn't make it through the entire debate. The negativity became overwhelming. Thankfully, it left once I went upstairs and did a chakra healing. Whew. What I noticed about 45 is his trigger about not being smart. When Biden questioned his intelligence, Trump became very angry. He reminds me so much of my former struggling adolescent students who tried to control the classroom with emotionally-charged outbursts, etc. I believe that's what caused my anxiety--a trigger that hearkens back to those emotionally struggling adolescents. After I went upstairs, I continued to hold Joe in love and light--an empowering suggestion and remedy for us. Thank you for that meditation!
