Beautiful, powerful meditation tonight. When we were sending out healing and it was the United States turn, I felt like the country soaked it in like a sponge.
So sorry to have missed last night’s meditation and a few weeks worth of them. I’m healing from an unexpected mild bout of asthma. I suspect it’s mold that I’m not accustomed to. Although I am allergic to fall leaves/weeds but generally don’t have congestion stick around this long. Oh well, this too shall pass! ?
I did sign on yesterday afternoon to a short 15-20 min solstice meditation I found online. Invigorating, healing, soothing and a powerful worldwide connection of healing energy. I almost got through it without hacking lol.

Merry Christmas to my dear friends and sangha! Jeanne thanks for including baby Theo in Wednesday's prayers. His lung was healed the next morning. He is still in hospital but improving rapidly. We do powerful work! Love to all!
Synchronicity! Your picture made me smile, because I’m planning a new oil painting that will show a similar scene. In fact, last week I was walking in the woods and taking pictures looking up through the trees to the sky above. Then my sister told me about her experience on the Solstice when she meditated outside looking up through the trees to the stars above. I hope she will create a painting of her experience. It helps to remember that there is so much more to life than our daily routines as we slog through the pandemic. Thank you for sharing!
