Looks like I will be doing Circle of Light tomorrow night after all. 4 pm PT/7 pm ET.
I hope a few will come. Definitely not doing it Friday though. House full of people on the Cape, and the wifi there works only in the kitchen.

Circle always starts with a poem, often Mary Oliver. Today is her birthday. Mary Oliver loved nature and drew inspiration from it to see what is possible for our lives. Her poem "Wild Geese" is a popular favorite, although I love them all. She sees the geese flying high in the clean blue air, and she tells us:
"You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.

I hope people here in the forum feel their place in the family of things. It's been tricky over the years, making people feel at home here, while asking that we keep trying to rise ourselves up. I am learning that lesson as much as anyone, maybe more. All told, I want people to know that they have unique gifts and a place in the family of things.

@jeanne-mayell, Thank you for your comforting words and for sharing "Wild Geese" with us. It's one of my favorite poems by Mary Oliver. It's a beautiful reminder that we all have a place in this world, that we all matter, and -- most importantly -- that we are enough.

I attended this morning's Circle meditation and had an interesting vision that I wanted to share with all of you.
As Jeanne was meditating and sending light to the election, I saw a pair of hands holding the edge of a large blue blanket. The hands made one snapping motion outward as this gust of wind raised the blanket up, filling it with air as it repeatedly billowed, expanding and covering the earth.
I was also aware that the wind was cleansing the air that filled the blanket, giving it new life. The Holy Spirit came to mind. The expression “breath of fresh air” also came to me.
I feel it was a very hopeful and positive vision of where we are politically headed.
This vision was a surprise. I don't often see visions (other than colors). Usually I hear a message or just know something, which is why I felt this vision was important to share. May it come to pass!
Circle, our Circle of Light, has (I believe) deepened into a pathway toward knowledge, often via visions. Not all group meditations do that, and ours not every time, but the Vortex that the years of consistent (and anchored in Time) Energy have created in the etheric, can open and deepen our spiritual eyes.
I haven't "seen" what you saw but the description sent Spirit shivers through me, for it fits with my sense (that "knowing") that the national map and its people will be blue. Blue is also the color of Archangel Michael's sword, and his responsibility according to some beliefs is the Blue Ray of Will. In this case, maybe blue is not only political but spiritual. And oh yes, Holy Spirit enfolds the country.
"Anchored in Time" means the meditation is held at the same days and times over and over and over thus creating an anchor to the thoughts, prayers, and intentions of the group. Jeanne has been holding the Wednesday Circle for many years. The Monday and Friday, meetings, although newer, are extensions of the loving power built up through the combined energies of the group, thus creating a Vortex of Light. When you attend, you are enfolded in that Light because when an event has been held over and over consistently, in earth time, it builds a reality in the etheric, which when strong enough, accesses the earth plane. That etheric vibration then enfolds (manifests) for all who attend. When you come with your Light and join this combination of soul.Lights, you become a part of the Greater Light of All. Your attendance, once or many times, adds dimension. Jeanne's dedication to holding the meditation is the foundation. All who attend, in whatever way they can, enhance the Light-- and thus, a Vortex is created.

I attended my first Circle of Light meditation yesterday. I felt like this was the right time after thinking about it for a long time. I want to share my experience.
As Jeanne led us in relaxing into meditation, I found myself in the darkness of space, looking back at the beautiful earth with its dark blue waters. It was peaceful. My attention turned to my left and I saw a dazzlingly bright, white light focused on the earth, particularly on the United States. Beaming back were infinite sparkling white lights completely covering the country. This surprised me. It was everywhere. There was no area that was not receiving and returning the warmth and sparkle of that light. It was like a spiritual conversation, an edifying and healing communication that was flowing back and forth.
Jeanne turned our attention to praying for the world, and my focus quite surprisingly turned to sending light to Russia's president. Laser light to help soften and crack the hard shell that surrounds his deepest spiritual soul-heart.
Then my attention was turned to an island in the Pacific Ocean that was completely filled with those infinite glowing white lights. I don't know which island it was, but I believe its people are in deep prayer about something.
Spirit is with us.
It was quite an experience. One of peace, love, comfort and oneness. I didn't know what to expect, and experienced all of that!

Maybe Samoa is the island. CHOGM is commonwealth Heads of Government meeting and climate change etc will be on the agenda.
