During tonight's circle when we were to choose our fourth loved one my little cat Cleo jumped onto my right shoulder, I was laying down, and snuggled. She chose me. She then lay on top of my chest where the heart chakra is and purred so long and loudly that she fell asleep and snored a little. As I type she is sitting on my left shoulder purring near my ear- She is part parrot!

Please include me. There is the weather and changing of the season is alway hard on my body with all of its autoimmune issues. I live in chronic pain.... and control my symptoms as well as I can with natural means as prescription drugs have always caused more harm than good for me. This Fall? Which is my favorite time of the year despite it being a particularly difficult time for flares, is being pretty rough on me currently. I am doing my best for self care... but I could use some Healing Light and Energy and Loving poured in to this old body...which has served me quite well despite it's issues. It is very ,much appreciated and received with gratitude and Love.
