(I think. This is for @UnkP)
I should add that this is probably not the best time for me to have started watching the Handmaids Tale. But, what else was i to do? Our school's cleaning policy is so good I've spent the last two days home caring for my twin daughters who somehow caught a cold despite the superintendent of their schools recently stating that they're doing a better job of cleaning than anyone. (The Sup -- she so reminds me of a Woman Trump sometimes)
Hey everybody. Using the Rider Waite deck, I did a three card pull (past, present, future) for Biden and Trump but the cards seemed to be for Trump:Please let me know your opinions!
The Past: The Death reversed card: fear of change, repeating negative patterns, resisting change, stagnancy, decay. Sounds a lot like Trump. He doesn't want to change and that is perfectly clear. Many that voted for him in 2016 THOUGHT he would calm down and change but that didn't happen. He refuses to take responsibility (literally his words) and wants to stay in the past. Pretty accurate reading for his past in my opinion.
The Present: Four of Swords Reversed: Exhaustion, burn-out, deep contemplation, stagnation. Sounds a lot like Trump too at the present. As people have pointed out, I think he is worried about losing the election and all the skeletons coming out of the closet and legal action coming against him. Of course, there are plenty of skeletons out in the open but that would exhaust anyone I would image. Maybe he is worried people just don't love him (his words again). He seems more erratic as the election looms upon him. For example, telling people to vote twice, saying he will make an executive order saying Biden can't win. etc.. He truly is a wannabe dictator.
The Future: (with emphasis on the upcoming election) King of Pentacles reversed: Financially inept, obsessed with wealth and status, stubborn, greed, wasteful. Once again this also sounds like Trump. It truly does amaze me how Tarot cards can be so accurate. The first thing you notice is a King upside. Usually the upright card means success. This card could mean fall from grace or power? Also, a stubborn Trump might not accept the election results and fight tooth and nail to take it away from Biden. He wants to hang on to power and status. It is clear that only cares about himself and wants to be president in name only.
Usually all reversed cards is not a good sign for that person.
I asked "What will be the outcome for Joe Biden of the elections on November 3?" and drew one card, the Ace of Swords.
Since Aces are powerful beginnings, I interpret it as a sign that Biden will be elected President, embarking on a new phase of his career, rather than stepping out of the limelight into retirement. And that he will carry the Ace of Swords energy with him into this monumental new role: cutting through emotion and obfuscation to address the facts on the ground rationally and clearly.
There is so much energy carried within an Ace, it indicates to me that Biden will have a healthy mandate to carry out his plans, having won the election handily.
A big endorsement.
Cindy McCain, wife of John McCain offered a VERY high -profile endorsement for Biden, especially since her husband was the 2008 Republican nominee for President. Really, that should be HUGE news. But it is 2020. And the other Candidate is Trump. And we know what he did to John McCain in the past. Yep, this is a big endorsement. It MIGHT be influential in Arizona. I would LOVE for this state to true blue. That and for Kelly to get the former McCain seat currently being temporarily held by McSally.
"My husband John lived by a code: country first. We are Republicans, yes, but Americans foremost. There's only one candidate in this race who stands up for our values as a nation, and that is @JoeBiden,"
"Joe and I don't always agree on the issues, and I know he and John certainly had some passionate arguments, but he is a good and honest man. He will lead us with dignity," she said. "He will be a commander in chief that the finest fighting force in the history of the world can depend on, because he knows what it is like to send a child off to fight.
