When (not if) Biden is elected, we need to go huge with an inauguration countdown. Bigger than a New Year countdown. @polarberry, yes, this is better than a Christmas countdown. Though, many advent or countdown calendars nowadays have chocolate for each day, so saying this is better is really saying something. ha ha

The past Right of Pentacles reversed: Self-development, perfectionism, self-improvement, misdirected activity, tedious job, mediocrity. This sounds like Biden a lot. Average politician but Trump makes him look like FDR. He has been in politics for decades (tedious) and has been developing his whole career for this moment even though he may not have accomplished everything he wanted to during his career. I read an article saying Biden isn't the smartest politician but he is on the ball, picks things up quickly, and surrounds himself with great people which makes him better.
The present King of Wands: Natural-born leader, vision, entrepreneur, honor, vision, boldness, optimism. Biden is average but this vanilla candidate seems to be Trump's kryptonite. Trump's attacks aren't sticking. Maybe Biden is starting to truly believe in himself and becoming optimistic and putting forward his vision of the future. He did good at the town hall compared to Trump, he broke the monthly fundraising record, and his ads are about his leadership and bringing Americans together. I can see his confidence growing the last few weeks.
The future with regards to the election The Sun: Positivity, fun, warmth, success, vitality. This card always makes me smile with the happy kid riding a horse. Positive card and hopefully means a Biden win. Biden feeling energized and like a child even in his 70s.
Looks good for Biden. Has anybody done a reading or visualization for the upcoming first debate on Tuesday? This worries me a lot. It is like Trump's Alamo and one of his last chances to turn things around. Hoping Biden is ready to call on Trump's lies, put foward his vision, and ready for Trump's unhinged attacks.
Also while meditating, I tried visualization of the election results. I saw Biden being sworn in but then I also saw Trump being sworn. The images were fuzzy. I think this was my mind just thinking and tried to clear it more then something interesting happened. My vision was completely black then out of nowhere I clearly saw a dark red flame with a very small dark blue base. The red and blue colors weren't natural flame colors but colors you see on the electoral map. The flame wasn't alone or on an oil rig but more like on top of a monument. From here, the dark blue started over taking the dark red part of the flame until it completely overtook the flame on the monument. Then as quickly as it came it went away. Possible blue wave? Let's hope so!
@pookieboy I haven't, but may try to now that you mention it. My hope comes from the fact that Biden went through several debates during the nomination process and weathered every one of them. He listened, but responded whenever he needed to. I thought he had just the right balance and this was before we knew he would be the candidate. So far during this campaign, he's maintained his focus and has not fallen for any of Trump's ploys to get him to engage in ways that takes him off message. Biden will be prepared. Trump will think he knows more than anyone else and will probably act accordingly.
Well, that was super quick!! The Biden Campaign already has an ad out about the $750 tax dollars.
@seeker4, I see Trump coming into the debate with all guns blazing. All bluster, bluff, and pulling things out of his nether regions. It will be like arguing with a drunk in a bar. All Biden has to do is to look like a normal, rational human. The contrast will be stark. I don't see more than one debate.
@paul-w Could very well be. Mary Trump talked about Narcissistic escape saying that she thought he'd slink away when it was clear he'd lost so that would fit with the idea of one debate. I'm now wondering what the Tax Bombshells are going to do to Trump's performance. He evidently blundered around when asked about how much he did pay in taxes according to Y. Alscindor this morning.
