I like neither of the current R senators from Georgia -- I can't see the outcome, but I did spend a little time focusing on the one I like the least - Loeffler.  All I got from her is a read that she's incredibly confident she's going to win - wondering if that's an indicator that there might be some fraud going on.

There was also anger - lots, and lots of anger.  Don't know if it's because she's having to continue her campaign, or something bigger than that but "Insider Trading Barbie" does not appear to have a lot of light in her soul.

I had a vision night before last. When I closed my eyes, I saw the outline, in black, of the Senate buildings in DC. Then they changed to the outline of many human heads. It flashed back and forth like that several times. Then Moscow Mitch appeared, in the form of a turtle, and his mouth was snapping and snapping but he couldn't bite anyone.

Freaking weird- for what it's worth, I took it to mean that the runoff will go to the two Dem candidates-here's hoping.

Mark Cuban went on TV and said he hopes people will give to the food banks instead of the runoff races-pissed me off. Yes, of course you should give to the food banks, but it is imperative we win these races.

@polarberry  I agree with you completely.  What Mark Cuban should understand is that food banks will be less needed if we can flip the Senate.

These rats would turn on their own mother if it would help them win: https://www.rawstory.com/2020/11/embattled-gop-senator-suggests-trumps-presidency-is-over-during-private-campaign-meeting-with-karl-rove/

The SoS of GA in his interview about the threats he's getting is also really worried that the election fraud rhetoric is actually going to turn off potential GOP voters because they don't trust the process. I can actually see that happening tbh.

Oh look... it already may have happened: https://twitter.com/JustinGrayWSB/status/1328782492913033219?s=20

@JustinGrayWSB
In new intv with me, @GaSecofState says 24,000 GOPs who voted absentee in primary did not vote in General - says Donald Trump cost himself the election by sowing distrust in absentee: "he would have won by 10 thousand votes he actually suppressed, depressed his own voting base"

Side note - I am not a fan of the GOP, but it's really depressing to me that if this nets out as true, people are feeling like they can't trust their own elections regardless of who they vote for, so they just won't bother.

@sam

You are a good person to care so much for the same people who would only laugh at your disillusionment if your right to vote was tampered with.  Never lose that light.

Having said that, perhaps it is a good thing that Republicans feel a little disillusioned about whether their votes matter right now.  They have been in control for decades as the party of the minority that has used its power over the majority.  And what have they done with their power?  Deny global change.  Give tax cuts to the rich and make us pay the bill.  Using gerrymandering to lessen the power of Democrats and Independents in many areas.  Enact laws to make it harder for many people (aka-minorities and the young) to vote.  Pack the courts with right-wing hacks that want to take away health care and the rights of women (the mere fact that the politicians are passing laws in Republican states that take away abortion rights for all women, including those who are children raped by men and are now carrying their children....SERIOUSLY?!  You would have a 12 year old child raped by someone to carry a baby full term?  Or a rape victim whose right to chose was taken away from her?).

I remember when Republicans rejoiced when Bush v. Gore was decided, and how demoralized Democrats were.  They won the popular vote, and yet their votes didn't matter.

So why shouldn't Republicans feel demoralized once they accept Trump lost?  Why shouldn't they feel as though their votes won't change anything?  It is not like Democrats caused it.  If anything, Republicans deserve to feel marginalized as a group for a while, so that they won't be so eager to trample our rights.

Sometimes pain needs to be shared to be understood.  I hope they take this time to reflect on what they have wrought on themselves.  But if they won't, then they will hopefully lose interest in the government, which will give the rest of us time to try to fix all the damage they caused.

@polarberry I like your vision of MM not being able to bite anyone.  Maybe it means he’s handing over losing the majority leader position.  Going to see it as that!

I am writing letters for votefwd.org to get out the vote.  It's another way we can help!

I hope that this movement holds.

Any feelings on a shift in the outcome?

Since there is a legit chance that a lot of GOP.voters write Trump's name in out of protest(hahahaha), the runoff elections could have a situation where no one received 50% of the vote again. Does anyone know what happens if this occurs? I couldn't find anything thusfar online about their laws in this scenario.

maybe we should write postcards to the MAGAts, and tell them to boycott the election, and burn their voter registration cards in protest ?

@mas1581 It's a simple plurality - the most votes wins.  See paragraph 8 on this site:

It almost seems this runoff has fallen off the radar with everything else going on from the camp of the Orange One,  so I'm wondering if anyone has seen anything new regarding the outcome.  This is a massively important election and we need both D's to win in order to even begin repairing the damage he and his minions have caused. I'm trying to have faith, but it's not easy.

I watched a few minutes of the debate between Warnock and Loefffler. Could not stand to see her there spouting the tired same old lines of rhetoric "radical left" "socialism" they will raise your taxes, take away your social security and health care" It's all so ludicrous!! She is speaking "sound bytes" to the very people the GOP has raised taxes,taken away health care from and too many are lapping it up like beings lost in the desert lap up water.  Socialism is not a dirty word. The US is still a capitalist country. The GOP has made it plainly clear.. they are interested only in keeping themselves in power and follow the bullying grifting racist and gender biased usury that has been ongoing since the 70's. All I can say is the dumbing down of America has worked all to well with too many. I am so appalled at the number of sleazy self-serving politicians that continue to aid and abett the raping of the American people by the current administration. I read that Arkansas is joining Texas in the grandstanding suing of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. I still get blown away by how many "leaders" are actually willing to make it so blatantly clear that its all about the money and power to them. It used to distress me.. now? I do what I can do to aid the truth because I recognize that I am seeing the dying gasps of a system struggling to stay status quo while the people have spoken clearly that we are ready to make changes for the rest of us that share this planet. I have every Faith that the change is coming , that Warnock and Ossoff will win. Trump has turned on his Georgia sycophants like Gov Kemp and other Georgia GOP elected leaders and folks are coming to see that Trump supports no one but himself ..bottom line.

I think it's time to send any remaining light we've got in us for the Senate runoff - last night I awoke from a really vivid dream that left me really unsettled - when I picked at it this morning before getting out of bed, my thoughts turned to the Georgia runoff and I was left with -- panic and disbelief.  I know several have seen it going our way, but I'm feeling unease on the runoff now.  UGH.  I hate all of this!

@dannyboy Thank you for calling up the troops.  we’ve included the run off in our Circle or Light meditations M-W-F for a couple of weeks now and will up the ante from now on.

They need money for ads. You can donate by googling Jon Ossoff campaign or Raphael Wornock.

A friend who was driving through GA a few days ago told me that the radio ads against the Dem candidates were non stop.
