The news today is filled with how U.S. State Department employees who are stranded in Israel are being told by the U.S. government that they are ON THEIR OWN.  This attack has been planned for months, but they are now stuck, along with many other U.S. citizens.

From the Independent-com

The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem is advising Americans in Israel that they can leave the country via taxi or shuttle, but if they do so, their safety cannot be guaranteed.

Current government advice is for U.S. citizens to shelter in place and make their own security arrangements, with flights cancelled across the board as Israel enters a fourth day of war with Iran.

The Israeli Ministry of Tourism has begun operating shuttles to the Taba Border Crossing with Egypt as of Monday, the embassy said in a statement, with registrations available via an evacuation form.

“The U.S. Embassy cannot make any recommendation (for or against) the Ministry of Tourism’s shuttle,” read the statement, which was posted on the embassy’s website and shared on X on Tuesday morning.

“If you choose to avail yourself of this option to depart, the U.S. government cannot guarantee your safety.”

Career state department friends of mine who worked in Embassies all over the world are telling me that U.S. abandonment of their own citizens after launching a long-time planned attack is unthinkable.  And is sparking outrage. Meanwhile the UK is fervently evacuating their own citizens from Israel.

But it is par for the course with this President, this Secretary of State, and this War Department head.

Incompetence Everywhere, Fury as the U.S. Department of State tells employees they are on their own

US Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) said that the Jerusalem embassy’s helplessness in the face of an emergency was evidence of “incompetence everywhere.”

“So the State Department is forcing everyone to immediately leave the region but is also refusing to help people leave the region,” he wrote. “The strike itself is illegal and disastrous but their lack of readiness for what comes next is unforgivable as well.” -- Commondreams.org/news

Perhaps this is the Feb/March 2026 exposee that @baba and some others saw in our last two sets of predictions.

@jeanne-mayell    regarding US Gov personnel stranded in the Middle East. Regular citizens from the US and the rest of the world are also having trouble leaving the area.

OMG… “they” are literally incompetent and it’s on full display for the international community.

Hopefully MAGA diehards also finally realize they’ve been voting over and over for idiots.
