The DOJ has been ordered to publish the redacted Mueller report saying the Trump Administration failed to justify the report redactions. "Based on the Court's review of the unredacted version of the Mueller Report, the Court concludes that the Department has failed to satisfy its burden to demonstrate that the withheld material is protected by the deliberative process privilege," Judge Walton wrote in his Wednesday ruling.

@parizienne

I found a couple of meditations with people shouting “out” or something close that I posted in February, but no coffin imagery in those:

February 8, 2020
I saw the Chief Justice of the SC thinking hard but ultimately joining RBG in her opinion on an important matter

(maybe T’s taxes being released?). RBG is holding a torch like the Statue of Liberty. She is instrumental in something positive that happens. I see many scared masses of people. They turn into demonstrators in front of the WH. They are all holding lights and chanting, “Out!” repeatedly.

February 11, 2020

The sky is red. The time is around sunset. People are gathered at the WH and are chanting, “No more!” and “Get out!”. They have candles. At the front, I see T. being carried out with his hands and feet bound and carried on a pole - kind of like a pig for a luau. He must have refused to leave. There are Hawaiian people gathered around him, chanting and singing. They are happy (that he is leaving, I guess).WB is looking down at his feet. He realizes that he has failed. MM claims that his party will face carnage in the next elections. He looks both angry and afraid.

@bluebelle Thank you for your kind words. I just started meditating every day. I take time to clear my mind, then ask if there is anything that I need to know for the greater good and then wait to see if anything comes. There are days when it is quiet and others when I get surprising things. I never know what to expect but try to stay open to the process and let it unfold. I also make it a point to note anything that comes to me.

@baba good idea on meditation daily.  I may try as well.   I participated in the session last night and my brain hurts this morning!  I think I need practice!  Haha!

It worked!

Ok, @dracaena.  Trump's taxes.

There are several consequences from it.

First, I think the New York Times did a good job by not posting the actual tax information forms and instead posting what was on them.  They shielded their source(s) by doing so and kept them from potentially facing liability for illegally posting someone's tax returns.  Further, by not posting them, they are forcing Trump to either post them himself to discredit the story (which he won't) or to complain about "fake news" (which has gotten old).

Second, by not releasing Trump's tax forms now, they can always publish them later (closer to the election) in order to continue the narrative and to catch Trump in a lie.  Remember when Trump said during the debate that he has paid "millions of taxes"?  If the New York Times decided to publish the tax forms a few weeks from now, then Trump will be caught in yet another lie.

Third, the spin that Trump is a genius who we must keep around because he knows how to work the system may have worked in 2016, but it will not work now.  We are in the middle of a recession, people are losing jobs and health care, and yet they are paying more taxes than Trump.  There is a lot of resentment in my area, and I live in Tennessee (a very, very red state.)  It is one thing to prop up your hero Trump.  It is quite another to watch the creditors take your house and/or pay thousands for medical expenses (and for older voters, wondering if your social security will be cut in order to pay the national debt) and still hold Trump in high regard without feeling resentment.

The political consequences of Trump's taxes will not be that great (I think that the vast majority of the country has already made up their minds, and any undecided voter out there will probably not vote at all just as easily as picking a candidate.)  I think 90%-95% of the country has already made up their minds, and Trump's only hope right now is to try to steal Biden's voters.  However, this will not work.  Most African American voters will not vote for him because they know he is a racist.  He has lost the woman vote (women compromise 54% of the country right now, and tend to vote more regularly than their male counterparts).  And Biden has shaved off several elderly, military, and religious voters from Trump's block.  If Biden can continue to make this election about Trump, then he will win by a landslide.

As to Trump's legal problems regarding his taxes, his problems are just beginning.

Have any of you ever watched "Desperate Housewives of New Jersey".  Because one couple did exactly what Trump did.  They lied on their loan applications, got money, and then couldn't pay it back.  They overinflated their assets and got away with getting millions from their creditors.  But they were caught, and they both served time in jail.

Another example is "The Producers," a movie by Mel Brooks.  In that film, the two main characters swindle money from a bunch of little old ladies to invest in a Broadway play ("Springtime with Hitler").  They hoped the show would flop, and that when it did, they could claim a lose in profits and thus never have to repay the investors.  They did everything they could to ensure the play would fail (spoiler alert-it was a success.).  They tried to blow up the production hall, only to get caught and ultimately sent to prison.

In a nutshell, this is what Trump did.  He overinflated his losses in order to keep from paying his taxes.  He also lied to his banks by overinflating his assets so that he could get money loans from them.  In short, he was telling lies to two separate entities (the IRS and the banks).

So, Trump can be charged with Tax fraud.  His daughter can also be charged (based on the information in the New York Times report), and they can both spend five years in jail for each charge.

This will hurt Trump if he loses the election.  The DA in New York, Vance, will see to it.  He will charge Trump with tax fraud and around 2022/2023, he will be convicted.  Because it will be a state charge, Trump can't pardon himself, and no one can pardon him.

Now, I do not idolize Vance.  He drug his feet on the Harvey Weinstein case, and seems to be prone to being influenced by those in power.  However, in this case, the ones on power (New York) has a vested interest in destroying Trump.  So regardless of whether Vance prosecutes Trump due to a sense of obligation or whether he is pressured into it by those who hold power over him doesn't matter.  The result will be the same, and Trump will face charges.

There is also a political reason for this.  By charging Trump and having him tried around 2022-2023, the Democrats can capitalize on any information that comes out of the case and use it to destroy any Republican Trump allies that are trying to seek re-election.  Remember, Trump is only the figurehead of the problem.  The Republicans are also to blame, and they must be purged of their corrupt element or they will continue to impede any progress in the country (much as they did during the Obama years).  Only by voting them all out of office will the country finally return to normalcy.  So while Trump being voted out will do wonders, the Democrats must still keep the focus on the 2022 elections and continue to expand their majority.  Charging and trying Trump will accomplish this.

Another potential consequence is that by publishing their article, the New York Times has severely weakened Trump's attempts to use the Supreme Court from blocking access to his records.

Let's say that the New York Times ultimately publishes Trump's tax forms (say, just before the election as an October surprise, if it looks like Biden has widened his lead against Trump by double digits and the sources are hoping that when Biden takes office, they will be pardoned as whistleblowers.)  Once they are published, they become part of the public domain.  Trump's case becomes "moot" in the fact that he can no longer keep Vance from getting his tax records.  There is nothing the Supreme Court can do, so they do nothing except dismiss Trump's case (What do you want us to do?  We can't block your taxes because now the public has them!  Unless you can prove Vance was the one who released them, then there is nothing we can do!)

This could still happen even if Trump's tax forms are not printed, but it will take longer to do so, which is what Trump wants.  The longer this continues, the more likely he runs out the clock and wins.  He is 74 years old and knows that he can't live forever.  If he drags this out, he might be hoping to garner sympathy based on his age.  But due to his attacks on Biden due to his age, this is unlikely to work.

In conclusion, the tax results are not going to change much in the short term, but they will affect Trump's long term.  While they won't do much to change the minds of voters (almost everyone is decided at this point), they will lead to his demise in about two to three years if he is voted out.  Any attorney worth their salt could easily prosecute Trump at this stage, and we don't even have the full bulk of the evidence yet.

In the short term, I am encouraged.  I think the Democrats are going to do exactly what I predicted they will do.  Trump's enemies will continue to publish damaging stories about him.  Look for damaging stories to come out just before October 7 (Harris's and Pence's debate), October 15 (Biden and Trump's second debate and around the time that many states will start early voting, including Tennessee), October 22, 2020 (Biden and Trump's third debate), and October 31 (the weekend before the election, as well as a "full moon."  Ha ha!)  Trump's enemies, if they are smart, will continue to publish stories around those times to upset Trump and put him on the defensive.  And because Trump's enemies have been waiting years for this moment, they are saving the best for last.

In short, the stories about Trump will get much, much worse.  Remember, the last two stories have affected Trump with members of his base (his disrespect of the military with the military base, and his tax returns with hardworking, blue collared voters).  Trump is already suffering loses with the elderly, considering his response to Covid-19.  So who is left?

Yep.  The evangelical vote.

Methinks that if Trump's enemies has something truly terrible about Trump (examples include paying his mistresses to get abortions or forcing immigrants at the border to have abortions), they will show it on or about October 15, just when many red states will start their early voting.  And then another story will come out on or around October 31, 2020.  This will hopefully demoralize the red voters and make them less likely to come to the polls in force on November 3, 2020 (which is what the Republicans are hoping for, seeing as how Democrats are beating them through the mailing votes.)

Now, a final prediction.  The tax story is a signal for Trump and the Republicans.  They know that if the tax information was the worst information about Trump that was in the Democrats' hands, then they would have released it much closer to the election date.

Conclusion: there are a lot more stories that will come out against Trump.  And they will be much, much worse.

Now, I am going to make a prediction based on my analysis of Trump's character.  As I stated before, he does not like to fight, despite his image.  In almost every single court case he has been involved in, his strategy has always been to run out the clock.  He either gets the other side to give up because they don't want to waste any more time or money in their case or he quietly settles with his opponents and then tries to spin it as a win.  Rarely, if ever, does he engage in a battle to it's bitter end if he feels he will come out as a loser.

This is not a court case.  This is an election.  It ends on November 3, 2020.  And despite his efforts to the contrary, Trump can't change the election date and he can't delay the results inevitably.  Some of the swing states that he is seeking to discredit (Wisconsin, Michigan, etc.) have Democratic governors and thus Democratic Secretaries of State.  As they will be the ones responsible for counting the votes in their states.  So while Republican states like Georgia and Florida will probably depress the voting count (aka discount Democratic votes), states like Michigan and Wisconsin won't, which will be enough to swing the electoral vote in Biden's favor.

If Trump is losing to Biden by double digits (say, between 10-15 points) a few weeks before the election, (estimated time-between October 15, 2020 through October 22, 2020), then I predict that Trump will seriously consider resigning from office before the election.  Yes, I know he is stubborn, but he fears being labeled a loser more than anything else.  By resigning, he can claim an undisclosed health issue (aka bone spurs are acting up again) and say that if the "evil liberal media" has been so unfair to him.  But he would rather quit and live with the memory of winning in 2016 (and consoling himself with his lies about how he could not finish out 2020) than to be completely rejected and humiliated at the voting polls in 2020.  So if Trump is losing badly a few weeks out, he may seriously consider cutting his losses and then trying to spin it as a win for him.

So if Trump decides to resign and have Pence pardon him for his crimes, Trump thinks he has won.  He can claim that the Republican losses wouldn't have happened had he been able to continue (but he couldn't, but that wasn't his fault!)  He will claim that the Republicans were not loyal enough, so the voters punished them by putting Democrats in office.  It was the Republicans fault that they lost, because he was no longer on the ballot, so they can't blame him!  (Remember, Trump cares about winning more than anything else.)

If Trump is able to see he will lose by a landslide, then he will quit.  Better to whine and complain that the game was rigged and you refuse to take part in it as opposed to see exactly what the American public thinks of you.  Better to say that your departure doomed the Republicans than that your mere presence is what caused the Republicans to lose.  It is all about image for him.

The big question is whether Trump can continue to live in his fantasy world.  If he finally realizes he will lose "bigly," a few weeks from now, he will resign and keep his image as a winner intact.  But if he can't see the reality of the situation, he will go down in defeat and probably suffer a nervous breakdown.  So if he has any sense left, he will resign before it gets to that point.  Hopefully, Trump's enemies will continue to release damaging information and cause Biden's numbers to rise.  We can only hope.

When I pulled tarot cards on Trump (which have been right on so far), my last were Hierophant + Six of Swords. he's definitely leaving, and it does look like he's trying to escape consequences in doing so, so I could see him going that direction.

@allyn. Your prediction that Trump will resign before the end fits different visions I've had about his demise:

12/28/18 After an election defeat, Trump will see the writing on the wall, that he resign or get out before he is prosecuted.

7/23/20 Trump leaves early, in December.

I totally agree. I flashed on Jared. I believe several of them are infected.

Drew a tarot card which screamed "an exit" to me. Hope Hicks will obviously, who has demonstrated symptoms. But several others. It will be an convenient exit.

The house of cards is falling. As I've stated before, all of their devious efforts will work against them. We have been awakened. Their time is over.

Remember I saw T exit out the door?

@lawrence I think Hicks having Covid and Melania's Eff Christmas tape are some of the final lynchpins being pulled out. I'm with Jeanne - I can't see him there past Christmas. I think he's ill with something else but he may have COVID as well.

The end feels like it's coming. And as I said that I had a vision of Putin cutting a black ribbon with oversized scissors. I'm not sure what that means, but I think maybe Putin feels he's not getting his money's worth. That could be very bad for all the Trumps. DJT, I think, isn't the only one in his debt. The dirtiest one always felt like Ivanka.

@pamp

My first vision that I had of T was that he was no longer in the WH at Christmas. Didn't know what that meant four years ago.

He's also suffering from dementia. Also has very bad health aspects now, astrologically speaking.
