The Circle of Light is three times a week FREE drop-in loving kindness meditation on

• Mondays at 7 am PT/10 am ET
• Wednesdays at 4 pm PT/ 7 pm ET
• Thursdays at 7 am PT/10 am ET
• Fridays at 7 am PT/10 am ET.

The Circle of Light meditation lasts 30 minutes. People may stay afterwards to chat.

It is a healing and uplifting meditation where we send healing and love to ourselves, our loved ones and the world.

During the Circle of Light we begin with a silent mindfulness meditation,  then move into a Loving Kindness meditation. Loving kindness meditations begin with sending healing and love to ourselves, then the entire world. We also send energy and healing to particular individuals and groups.

• Please close the doors to your room, turn on your video so you can connect to the group, and turn off your mic.  Keep distractions away during the meditation.  You will help yourself  our group to focus.

• This event is free, although donations are welcome. Your donations support my ad-free website, Intuitive Wisdom Forum, and my work.
• Come early and make sure you can get your link to work for you, especially if you are new to Zoom or to these meditation events. The event is an hour of healing work. Do not worry about getting bored. You will be busy following the guided meditation as we raise our collective energy.
• This is a drop-in event. You can come any or all Mondays and Wednesdays. Although please arrive on time.
