Donald sending troops to Chicago to address gun violence. Doesn't this relate to a prediction made by Zoron?

Yes, this was zoron/graham's premonition months ago of racial violence. He thought it was a city like Detroit but could easily be Chicago. And also this could be Donald Trump's moment to take control of his Russia problems and create a false flag violent event so he can create a state of emergency.
I am not saying that this will happen, but Trump is desperate. And these tactics have been used successfully by prior dictators in democracies to take control. It is how Putin initial catapulted to 80% approval and has maintained this control.
