Apparently PA's machines were diffent and I think the were able to hack PA's machines in 2024 based upon these two quotes:
Elon early 2025:

I am really seriously concerned that all out voting may be messed with. He loves Putin and that is what Putin has done in Russia. It is all rigged. I want to know this is being addressed more. But by who? They are all paid off by billionaires oligarchs in Russia and in now USA.
I am tyring to be hopeful but I am so concerned. I feel my stomach in knots about the things I feel they are doing behind the scenes. No way does DJT allow himself to lose even if he technically loses. And Elon is insane with power.
Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts or intuitive feeling on this as we get closer to the midterms, please feel free to share. This is really concerning. I feel things are being unraveled in all ways in the country, and with NATO, through any ways that they can.
