I worked from my home for three years and only went out to get takeout food. Went to a wedding and caught Covid. A mild case but it lasted 14 long days.

I too have done all the boosters and will soon get RSV, Covid and flu vaccines. Can I get all 3 at once?

@ghandigirl My 86 years young father received all three vaccinations last Wednesday. He is a very robust fellow, and he has been taken down for three days so far.  Tight chest, cough and fatigue. I will have to get the shots soon, and I will stagger mine. Best wishes!

@ghandigirl You can get them at the same time, but if you're able I would stagger them a bit. At least if you're sensitive like I am.

I got my covid shot and flu shot about a week apart and did okay.

Felt a bit yuck after the covid shot, and just needed a nap after the flu shot. I think combined they would have kicked my butt though.

On a side note, I had read that sugar weakens the immune system. I stopped eating sugar in June and wow, what a difference! I'm healing much quicker. Usually after a covid shot I have a swollen lymph node which tended to stay swollen for 7-10 days. This time, only 3 days, woohoo!
