There is video showing our airforce trying to shoot one and the torpoedos or missles just bounced off and splintered from the craft like they hit a force field and were like nothing to it, and it kept flying unharmed. After a year of scientific research, they discovered potential biosignatures in a Martian rock found by NASA's Perseverance rover in 2024. These biosignatures may indicate traces of microbial life from millions of years ago. However, there is currently no evidence of microbiological life on Mars today. I also don't know if living microbes from Mars would be compatible with or cause disease in our bodies.
