@lzebel Thank you for the question! We are doing another Q&A Reading of the Future the week of August 1. It will be posted on the Prediction Page by the end of that week.  Your question is a good one for us to address, so I've added it to our list of questions.

@toma I watched the South Park (post Colbert episode) tonight. They pulled out all the stops. So nine months of Colbert and South Park with the gloves off.

@lzebel you are absolutely right. It is frightening. I have to admit that, at the moment, I feel sad and regretful rather than frightened regarding the liberty of US press simply because I live in a different country where things still are different — and I pray it stays that way! On the subject of being frightened, I would like to share some thoughts. I recently read a post about a prediction hit that there would be a lot fewer tourists in the USA. It was mostly about Canadians, and the media said it was due to a boycott. I guess there are also far fewer European tourists in the US. I really don't think European tourists are boycotting though. I think that, since that story about the young German tourist who was visiting his fiancee there and he was imprisoned simply because he misunderstood an official's question about whether he wanted to stay in the USA (he wasn't a native English speaker). Since then, many  European tourist's  joy of travelling to the USA, once the dream vacation destination, has simply turned into being somewhat frightened of being there. The young guy was imprisoned for a few days simply because he answered "yes, I want to stay in the USA", and wasn't given the opportunity to correct his misunderstanding. Since this story was widely reported in the media here, many people here who were thinking of maybe visiting the USA as a tourist have decided not to go ahead with their plans right now. They are afraid that they might find themselves in jail instead of enjoying their dream holiday for doing nothing wrong except not understanding the language well enough. Liberty of press and language misunderstandings - both frightening issues are basically about communication, aren't they.

To see the Scotts standing up for all people has really made me happy. They are brilliant  at trolling.

Watching those ensconced in darkness flail and bluster and fall is entertaining like  dominoes,.all fall down.

Convinced that once we wrest back control much of this goes away quickly.
