Urgent request for prayers and healing for a beloved friend, DSM are her initials. She has been dealing with DDD - degenerative disc disease and just had a HUGE herniation at Lumbar L4 - L5. She is currently in hospital unable to walk or sit and having many tests as she struggles to deal with this news and what her options are ... practically nothing left of L5 and they are talking more spinal surgery that will basically end her life as she now knows it ( she has a farm and get away cottage business and is very active in our Democratic party). They are talking more rods,screws,braces ... not sure if they can consider disc replacement or not. She is in very severe pain and currently in rural hospital with her neurosurgeon in Atlanta and she can't exactly walk out at this point. She is in desperate need of our prayers and getting to the right people for the best outcome. Thank you all so much - she really needs our Light and Healing Energy. I? Am praying for miracles!
@journeywithme2 I pray for relief from her pain and that she gets transferred to the hospital where her neurosurgeon can evaluate her, and soon. I work in a critical access hospital, I know how that waiting is.
My dear friend has asked me to ring the prayer alarm for her brother Curt. Curt has skin cancer that has metastasisized. He cannot take the drugs that the doctors would usually give to a cancer patient, because he has had a heart transplant, and it could cause his body to reject his new heart. This is also the reason that he cannot have the kinds of pain meds that most folks in his condition would receive. And he is in terrible pain. He is simply asking for people to pray for him. Thank you.
