There is no way to wrap your head around retirement and a separation, and all else that those two huge changes can spawn. But we care about you and will send you energy and love. Could I ask for prayers for a friend whom I met through my mother? His name is Joel and our family adores him. He was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer 2 months ago and has been undergoing intensive chemotherapy since then. I just found out that he was transported to the hospital with pneumonia symptoms last week and is still there. Any supportive energies that you can send him would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi folks. I tripped and fell on my left shoulder at the exitdoor at Target this morning. I am mostly haha OK. Paramedics checked me out. I can make a fist and raise my arm so I will get an xray tomorrow to make sure no unseen fracture. I feel stupid and old but boy was everyone nice. Good Samaritans sweet lady who kept everyone back until the Target folks got to me. Target personnel were marvelous. I could sure use some healing though, the shoulder aches. At first I thought I broke it as the pain was intense then I felt a click so the sense is I dislocated it and it snapped back in place. Totally less pain after that. I fell on my purse so never underestimate the value of a nice big purse! Thanks everyone.
