@lovendures, that is wonderful news about James. It really has been a miraculous journey. He and his family will continue to be in my prayers, as well as in this evening's meditation.
@triciact @laynara I agree with @triciact. I work at a church and we are helping so many, as much as we can. One of the things we’ve been relaying to people is that banks, landlords, etc. cannot evict or have to give a grace period on mortgages and rents. I’m sending you prayers and peace and asking that all your needs be provided. Employment, shelter, food and good health. ??☮️
Thank you everyone for your prayers for my cousin Rashmi.
We've been told that she is doing a lot better now. Apparently, she had a liver infection but she is now recovering, thankfully. We just hope that she can come home soon. It has been a rough past couple of days for my family as my grandmother and uncle were both admitted to the hospital around the same time as her. Unfortunately, they both passed within one day of each other.
@theorangebee I'm glad she is doing better and I'm so sorry for your loss, I'll keep praying. ?
I send you my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your grandmother and uncle. That is a lot for you and your family to experience at once. May their spirits have a smooth transition from their bodies, and may the love they shared with you and the things they taught you be a source of inspiration and comfort to you.
It's wonderful to hear that your cousin is on the mend. May she continue to recover from the infection.
@theorangebee, I am very sorry to hear of your grandmother and uncle's passing. I am praying for Rashmi's continued healing, and am holding you and your family in the light.
You and your family will be included in my meditation tonight.
Sorry to hear about your grandmother and uncle. Grateful to hear that Rashmi is getting treatment currently. I will keep all in my prayers.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved grandmother and uncle. I will keep Rashmi in my prayers! ❤️?
Thank you all for the prayers I'm going up and down with my emotions every day right now but on the positive side we may have found somewhere to rent ?
I need some prayers right now. I've had 5 bad episodes of food reactions over the past 5 weeks, in addition to gastrointestinal, dysphagia and IBS issues. The foods that I reacted to I have been able to eat in the past without any issues. I've done some research and almost all of the foods are in the "amine" family -- they contain either tyramine or histamine. A few, like the nuts and soy, are known allergens, but not for me, up until now. I've reached a point where I am terrified of eating and it's making me a nervous wreck, which isn't helping my stress levels or my body.
I see my doctor on Monday. He already has me on another protocol to address some other issues.
I'm wondering how much of this might be caused by the anxiety/stress I'm feeling from the collective? I'm sure that my cortisol levels are going crazy. I tend to internalize a lot. I wish I could cry right now, but I can't.
Thanks.
@deetoo praying for you I completely understand you're feeling with all the stress right now I have been having problems with allot of foods upsetting my stomach that I don't each as much as i use too. I hope you start feeling better ?
I'm not a doctor but I think the prolonged stress that we're undergoing collectively is beginning to manifest in people's bodies. My sister, who is perfectly healthy and only occasionally has seasonal allergies, has broken out in hives over the past few days. I myself have begun to feel a prickling sensation in my forearms every now and then, which reminds me of the much intenser manifestation I had during menopause.
Our adrenal glands all need so much support right now, as the regulators of our fight-flight response.
I'm sending you healing energy, healing energy for your body, and hoping that you experience relief soon.
@deetoo, been there. For me it all began when I prepared and ate some tomatillos we had grown in the garden. Every nightshade plant like potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, nuts or seeds, plus dairy have been a huge trigger, with no real evidence of allergies before that. The first thing I did which helped immensely, was to begin taking a high quality probiotic. That calmed things so I could focus on noticing what I was eating. Always keep antihistamines in your bag. Please know that it will get better, when you begin to figure it out, even though it feels like it is too much at the moment. Give special notice to coughing, lip buzzing, rashes or tongue swelling, so you know what to avoid, except in small, minimal amounts. I feel you, with hugs and prayers.
It is so nice to hear that many of you are finding support and solutions, from improved health to rentals. Good news is always welcome, especially now. May it continue!
@deetoo Thinking of you and seeing in my cards a release from this awful period coming. (Thoth Eight of Wands). GI issues are so connected to stress. Check intake of foods with the Monash University FODMAP list -- you can put it on an app which shows you foods that have short-chain sugars that people commonly cannot digest. I also always check if I've taken anything new in the weeks or months prior to getting a strong reaction, like meds, herbs, supplements. I started getting kidney pain 10 weeks after doubling my D3 intake which had been advised to protect against covid. So dropped back to simple, pre-covid intakes.
Emotional stress is always a big body stressor. But you know all of this. ThenI drew Prince of Wands which shows your beautiful star quality. I wonder if it is a struggle to be gifted like that, all the expectations and perhaps there were those who didn't want you to shine back when your bright essence first emerged as a child or young adult. You shine. You must be allowed to keep shining. We need you.
