@triciact Sending healing light to your ears and sinuses.
I've had a little vertigo, slight ear aches, and fluid in my ears on and off now for a month. I got two covid tests, both negative. My doctor believes it's sinus flare-ups that are common this time of year. A member of this community actually had reached out to me because she'd intuited that I was having sinus problems before I realized I was having these problems!
I try to balance my body with strong home-grated ginger tea and healthy meals, but all those holiday cookies and desserts didn't help me fight those infections.
I don't know what is causing your issues, but in case you haven't already, it is always good to eliminate sweets, including sweetened tea or sodas, dairy, salty junk food in case it is a sinus flare-up.
@bright-opal @triciact @lovendures (and all)
Thanks sure much for your prayers and light for Derek. He is still critical (no improvement in his lungs), but stable enough that they moved him to a slight step-down unit this weekend. He was able to have a call with his wife and even get on FB briefly. Keep the light coming, if you can spare it.
I am also keeping Jordana in my prayers for a smooth recovery.
Tricia - I totally second Jeanne! I have a long history of sinus issues and they are always exacerbated by too much in the way of sweets and dairy. I also have experienced vertigo from the excess — I totally overate the sweets for a couple of weeks over the holidays and felt it late last week. Getting back to my better habits this week and am feeling much better. Good luck and feel better!
@jeanne-mayell and @cc21
Thank you both! I too think this started out as some sinus trouble, because I had been sneezing and had a runny nose a week ago, which was followed by a (on the same side) a little gum infection. I think the two are related and there's a white small bump now on the inside of my ear. The pain radiating into my head is intense.
Yes, the cookies and snacks during the holiday definitely didn't help. I try to stay away from too much dairy and sweets, but I didn't do such a good job of it during the holidays. Thank you for your healing energy! ?
Sending prayers, Light , Love and Healing Energy to all who need it. Special prayers for Tricia CT,Derek,Jordana, Walden Ponderer and all named here and requesting prayer. The need is great, asking Creator to send legions of angels where needed to lift, support and heal the legions needing it now.
Sending special prayers to Jordana, Derek, TriciaCT, Carmen, Walden Ponderer, and anyone in need of love, support and healing. May angels protect, comfort and sustain you. You’ll be included in my group meditation tonight.
I like how TriciaCT has humbly asked for prayer. I will ask the same.
Found out today I have gastritis and am awaiting a biopsy. It's actually a relief to know it's not in my mind or just stress.
You certainly have my prayers and love and light dear Ghandigirl! I noticed your new avatar, did you make it? It's lovely - just like you! By the way, I had the same condition at one time and NAET (I googled it and found a practitioner in my area) really helped me so much. NAET is allergy sensitivity treatment that is not based on Western medicine. Did wonders for me! ❤️
I never properly thanked all of you for sending healing to my brother last month when he tested positive for COVID. He was re-tested soon after the New Year and the results came back negative. Tellingly, he never felt like he had anything worse than a head cold. I think this group helped.
I am so happy to hear an update about you brother. That is such wonderful news. May we all be as fortunate as he has been.
Please remind us when you are nearing your procedure time. I am certain many of us will be happy to send out healing energy to you at that time.

Yes, I did draw my avatar, woke up one day and had it in my mind with all my new colored sketch pencils waiting. :)
Thank you for the info. I will check into that. Also, I am definitely going to be looking into my diet and replacing my sweet tooth with some healthier options.

Best thoughts and wishes for you. "Gastritis" simply means stomach inflammation and can be a direct result of stress. But it definitely isn't confined to your head!! I know from personal experience after getting a lot of runaround. The magic solution --for me-- was taking an aluminum hydroxide-based antacid until it healed. (A kind Indian doctor suggested it.) This may not be for you but I thought I should mention it.

So relieved and happy your brother is ok! ? Yes, please remind us when it gets closer to your procedure time. Thank you Lovendures for reminding us of that.
Yes our tribe is awesome! The other day when I was not feeling well, and I didn't attend the meditation, Dee told me everyone sent me healing. I felt it 20 minutes into the meditation! the intense pain from my ear infection pulsing on a nerve in my head went away!
Much love and light to you all! ?
Hi all - an update and two new requests.
Derek is still holding his own. Not getting worse, but not improving yet, either. So, please keep him in the light.
My niece is having liver surgery as we speak to remove some benign tumors. The surgery is 3-4 hours long and she will be in the hospital for 5-7 days. Praying for a smooth surgery and complication-free recovery for her.
Additionally, I found out late last night that a college friend of mine, Brian, (whom I casually keep in touch with a few times a year) was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor last fall, had surgery, and is now bedridden and in hospice. I am totally shocked. A friend on his FB page shared a Go Fund Me last night. I don't have more details than that, so I would appreciate if you can keep him in the light and send any prayers for his healing, comfort, etc. He lives with his Mom and so any love you can send her way would be great. I am sure this has been immensely difficult for her as well. Thank you all. And, as always, I continue to pray for all the intentions on this list.
May Derek gain the upper hand in his war with Covid. May he well and truly heal. May blessings, light and comfort pour over him and all who love and care for him.
May your niece’s surgery be successful and her complete healing be swift!
May Brian’s remaining days be filled with love and comfort. May his body be comfortable and his passing easy. May his mother feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, in her deep grief.
❤️
I'm sending healing love and light to Brian, his mom, Derek and your niece. I'm also sending it to you, since this is a lot for you all at once.
Unfortunately, it's been my life experience that when something happens (sickness or death) it seems to happen in "3's".
Prayers and Angels to assist... ?
Just an update:
My niece's surgery went well and she is resting at home now.
My friend Brian's brain tumor has grown and it doesn't sound like things are good. He is a college friend and I only keep in touch a couple times a year via message, so I don't have much more detail. But please keep him and his family in your good thoughts for healing (if possible) and peace, regardless.
My friend Cyndi's husband Derek - this situation is nuts, but unfortunately is happening all over the country. He is still considered critical (has what will probably be long-term lung and possibly heart damage.) However, he is in a small hospital in Florida and they are *discharging* anyone with COVID not on a ventilator because they need the space. He is at their daughter's house (hospital bed, oxygen) and poor Cyndi has to monitor him herself round-the-clock with specific instructions as to when to call 911. They were visiting their daughter and so they do not have out-of-state insurance coverage, so she can't even get home health set up because of the out-of-pocket costs are too much. It is heartbreaking, the whole situation. Assuming he doesn't get worse, they have to stay there for 3-4 months before he is stable enough to travel home via car. Again, this is a friend with whom I am not in regular contact, so this info is from her updates on FB. But please keep them in good light and thoughts for strength and guidance as they move forward. Thank you all!
