Oh my.
There is so much here to take in and I can feel your continued pain and sorrow. I also can feel the great amount of love you have for your brother and sister-in-law.
Love is what will help everyone on the road to healing. It is what brings in hope during the darkest of times, it wraps around us like a warm blanket on a frost chilled day. Your love for them will help bring light in and it will also help you to heal as well.
One step at a time. It is a slow journey but one which can bring peace. I believe your family will be able to bring about something good and meaningful from this tragedy.
I will keep them in my prayers. May they only have minor effects from covid and may they be surrounded by a host of angels holding them in their embrace. May you be held as well.
I am not sure if you are just with family for the holidays or with them now full-time but I wish you a peaceful and love filled time together Coyote. May the holiday season and the new year ahead be filled with happiness and the wonder of life.
I'm so sorry for your family's ongoing struggles, and am holding you and your entire family within a protective circle of healing, peaceful light. I'll be including you in tomorrow evening's group meditation.
You were on my mind a lot during yesterday's group meditation, only to see your post later that night. I'm sorry you are hurting right now. I know you work very hard to achieve equilibrium, and it really is a day at a time struggle for you. You are such an incredibly gifted, kind and wise soul, ghandigirl. I continue to be touched and inspired by your presence.
I offer you a poem by John O'Donohue, that was recently shared with me:
May The Light Of Your Soul Guide You, by John O’Donohue
May the light of your soul guide you.
May the light of your soul bless the work
you do with the secret love and warmth of your heart.
May you see in what you do the beauty of your own soul.
May the sacredness of your work bring healing, light and renewal to those
who work with you and to those who see and receive your work.
May your work never weary you.
May it release within you wellsprings of refreshment, inspiration and excitement.
May you be present in what you do.
May you never become lost in the bland absences.
May the day never burden you.
May dawn find you awake and alert, approaching your new day with dreams,
possibilities and promises.
May evening find you gracious and fulfilled.
May you go into the night blessed, sheltered and protected.
May your soul calm, console and renew you.
@nelysthealchemist Thank you for the update. I'm holding you, your brother, your sister-in-law, the fertility specialists, and your entire family in the light. Many blessings. ❤️
Hey gang.
I have a friend who is immunocompromised and is now on her SECOND go around with COVID. She tested positive back in late April and was incredibly lucky that things didn't advance. Her kids unfortunately brought it home from school and the entire family is down for the count. She was admitted to U of M today and has been having a rough go of things. The horror stories they tell you about the hospitals right now are true if her account of the journey so far is any indication. I've sent some light and love her way. If you have any to spare, I'd appreciate it if you could send some her way too.
EDIT: I wanted to mention - her whole family has taken this incredibly seriously throughout the entire pandemic. They aren't COVIDiots, but they're casualties of a hot red corner of the state that has NOT taken things seriously.
Danny boy I will keep your friend in mind.
Prayers please for a dear childhood friend of my boyfriend and I who is in the hospital with fluid build up around his heart. Our whole group of friends is praying fervently-we can't spare him.
@dannyboy and @ghandigirl, I'm keeping your friends and their families in my prayers, and will include them in tomorrow evening's meditation. ❤️?
I’m sending healing light and prayers for your seriously ill friends, and comfort to you and those who love them.
Prayers for Matt, an extended family member who has covid. He has a wife and 2 young girls who will be tested shortly.
My friend, who has been in the hospital since Christmas Eve was released today - everything about her stay was a miracle, right up to her not needing a ventilator at the last second before they were about to put her on one. I really appreciate all the good vibes you guys sent. I'm turning my attention back toward Georgia - and for light and love this upcoming week in particular.
I have a friend whose husband is in the hospital with COVID and not doing well. She has also tested positive and they are getting their children tested. They also have been super careful and he is otherwise healthy, but alas this is where things stand. Please keep them in your prayers and light for a full recovery.
I will be doing the same for those on this thread as well (been awhile since I caught up on this thread.)
Update - my friend's husband was moved to ICU today. Please continue to send him light (his name is Derek.) Thanks.
@cc21 I have been sending light out as I fall asleep every night, and tonight I will add your friend’s husband to the bursts.
