I love this.
The Kyiv Children's Choir arrived in NYC yesterday from Poland, to perform at Carnegie Hall on Dec. 4th.
Here they are singing of Carol of the Bells in Grand central Station.
Carol of the Bells is actually an Ukraine Christmas carol.
The first link is from Grand Central Station. The second link is of the Ukrainian Children's Choir of NYC performing this Carol of the Bells in 2010. It has better sound but is of a different choir.
God Bless the children of Ukraine. May this Christmas time be one that is filled with peace and hope. May love persevere.

@lovendures I love this!
In fact, my sister just sent me a link to the history behind the Carol of the Bells. Our family is Ukrainian on both sides and my paternal grandparents immigrated to the U.S. in the early 20th century. Interesting to read about the history behind this.
How This Ukrainian Song Became a Christmas Carol You Know and Love
Thank you @cc21. It is great to understand the history of this beautiful piece. I certainly will be thinking Ukraine when hearing or singing the the carol. I love to sing it during Christmas time.
This one is for all of us who remember where we came from and know that we want to go home again, even if we don't actually remember ever being there.

@lovendures loved listening to both of those songs. Moving expressions that fill my heart and give me hope for this world.
Songbird is one of my favorite songs.
I love everything about that song including those lyrics — such a deep and humble expression of love from one person to another. They fit the soul and remarkable contribution of Christine Macvie.
