Could I ask for prayers for my supervisor and her parents? Both of her parents are elderly, were just diagnosed with COVID, and are showing symptoms.
They are in India and, since my boss is now a US citizen, she has to seek special permission to enter her native country.
In addition, she is an only child, so she is having to attend to her parents' care from halfway around the world.
Thank you for any and all healing thoughts and prayers.
@gbs I'm sending healing prayers and support for your supervisor and her family. What a stressful situation for her! I hope the way is made easy for her to go to them, and that they overcome the virus.
A few days ago I asked for prayer for the family of my Honduran doctor friend who died of Covid. Now Eduardo's twin brother, Edder, a physician microbiologist, has died from it, five days after Eduardo. And their mother has contracted it. So horrible and sad. Appreciate continued prayer for this family.

As if there isn't enough drama today with the upsurge in Covid and The Drumpf Idiocy, now we have a wildfire encroaching on our little town here in No. New Mexico ?
It's a heavily forested area, and very dry .... no mandatory evacs yet, but the winds are supposed to kick up this afternoon and could spell disaster....
Please send some prayers for this thing to die down and out ... ?

Could I please ask for some prayers for my mother. She is in her 70's and she lives with me. She has a lot of medical issues but especially in the last day she has been having a really rough time. I do have family in the area but none that would be there for us. It's been just the two of us for a very long time. Anyway, any positive healing thoughts would mean a lot ❤️ .
