Dear Community, Please send healing to our dear @UnkP. He's been unwell and struggling with some vertigo and also with feeling the stress of the fires and his deep love and concern for all the animals. He's really in need of healing.
You may remember UnkP, who painted that heartfelt portrait of my sweet kitty who died last year. He is also the one who rescued a little opossum earlier this year and posted an incredible photo here. And he has been posting the election countdown in the Biden thread.
Well please do your magic healing powers and send some healing to him. Thanks all! Wednesday night our healing circle will be out in full force sending healing to all and we will definitely send a blast to UnkP. Also a nice blast off to @Laura-f too.

@lovendures. Not at all. He's in south central U.S. But he's connected via empathy and ultra sensitive. I asked him to get a Covid test. Also I think he needs to stay away from technology for a while. Immerse self in nature.

Your story about the man and his wife has stayed with me all day. I have been thinking of you and am amazed at how much light and help you have given to your family. I have prayed today for you and your entire extended family. You all really embody the true meaning of family.
To all others, I am beginning to feel some hope again. Keep the faith. Good is always stronger.
One way or another this current anguish and suffering will end. May it be in a way of peace and compassion. May all of us here be not only Light Workers but Light Warriors.

I don't know if this will help , but I have had vertigo from tiny crystals breaking off in the inner or middle ear (I forget which. Of Course).
It takes a motion repeated to sweep out that part of the ear to clear the crystal from the canal. You do it on your own. It will feel dizzy but it's not as intense as being on the tilting table.An ENT used a table to turn me upside down. As the canal clears it is crazy dizzy for a short time but it then resolves.
It had happened several times in the last years, a few years ago, and I got sick of trying to sweep the canal gently so I just hung upside down on the side of the bed and asked(shouted) for my dog Toby to help me. He would lick my dizzy upside down face and make me laugh and then the ear would sweep out the canal. He was a wonderful distraction.
It hasn't returned so far in the last 2-3 years. I actually went to rehab for middle ear problems when it was at it's worst to learn to reset my posture to aid in keeping everything in balance. I used to walk hunched over a bit, weighted down. Bad for balance.

UnkP, be strong. The pain of the wildlife is sickening. Keep helping animals. It is a great balm. Vertigo is also possible when a virus gets into your vestibular organ. Happened to me twice, so take care! ❤️
