@journeywithme2 Thank you so much. I will be working on that. AA Michael is also someone I involved in my prayers. He is the defender for people with mental health issues. The hospital I was in was actually named after him a long time ago. I will do just what you said.
@deetoo Sesame and peanuts are commonly allergenic as is vinegar or anything fermented. fermented foods are really healthy, but for some of us taking them out or minimizing is good.
Thank you.
Got some sad news today. My long time therapist is losing her battle with Cancer. She wrote me a goodbye note.
I am devastated. She is only in her 60's.
Her name is Anne. Please join me in praying for her peace and comfort. :(
@ghandigirl, I will be keeping you and your therapist in my meditation tonight.
Lots of love to you.
@screenie, thanks for the information. Although I'm not allergic to peanuts I don't eat them, and fermented foods generally don't seem to bother me. But I didn't know that about sesame. I've often used a small amount of sesame oil in stir fry without incident, but this is the first time I've used it in such large amounts, i.e. in a salad dressing.
When I wrote my comment all I could think of was WOW! It was one of the bravest things to do and write on this forum!
The other one was by @deetoo. You are an amazing woman Dee². I felt your energies as you wrote your post and knew immediately the pain and the trauma and to know you wrote about it here brought me to tears. What you shared was huge huge huge and so open and so releasing to voice and let go.
Last night i felt all the ins and outs of working with it that you were doing Dee. You can do this! That huge allergic reaction was a great releasing as scary as it was. I'm glad the helpers were able to come.
All of us are just doing this now --one very simple day at a time and we are all doing it together!
Two of many many brave, brave, brave warrior women and men that we are so deeply blessed to have on this site.
@bright-opal Another amazing and wonderful warrior woman! De-lighted to have you back and with us. The bridge energy was filled with love. Felt like a rainbow of crossing from one state of being to another. One world to another.
Love is the key-- not pain at the losses or the losing. So challenging I know. But Love love love those who are suffering and send them daily love in your prayers as I know you do. It is making a huge difference in the energies passing along the rays to the new state of being.
Love to both of you and all others here whose past journeys have been filled with trauma and the need to escape from the pain in any way their somatic selves knew how at the time.
You have learned to call out your pain and suffering even when the anxiety and panic may seem overwhelming. Many many many had huge panic attacks over the past week. Phew! Phew! Phew! Blow it all out ?
If nothing else works open an outside door or window and with a silent scream let it out in the outbreath bring in the natural world with the inbreath over and over as you remind yourself that you are not alone. You are safe. Your are protected. You are so very loved.
Love you all so very very much just for being you -- just as you truly are! ?
Last nights meditation with Jeanne was extremely powerful. I felt so much anxiety coming from so many but you all eased and relaxed so much whether you felt it or not. So much powerful powerful energy at every circle we share.
Loved it @jeanne-mayell as I love all of you as well! ? Jeanne your work is great, your intent and love for us is getting stronger and stronger in all ways. Your skill at leading like you do in group is awesome. Such a great connection you are so gifted at creating?
And to anyone else reading this, you didn't have to be there in the meditation circle last night because we non-locallly included all of you! Distant healing was felt and went out to all. It was as strong as lovely as always.
Just different each time as it needs to be for each of us as we need it to be ???
@michele-b You are a true loving heart warrior who fills this forum with so much love. I am learning from you. And also from ALL of you.
@michele-b, what can I say? I am deeply moved. The depth of your insights, love and empathy has no bounds. Your well of healing and compassion is bottomless.
Thank you, my dear friend.
