@earthangel Perhaps the spirit of these land returns will visit the Middle East sometime in the near future.

@earthangel Thank you for that good news which reminds us of all the good that is happening in our country. With the news dominated by the bad actions of a minority, it is easy to forget that most of the people in the USA believe, as they do in California,  in doing the right thing.

Comedy lifts my empath spirit even if that comedy is a harsh indictment of its target.  For me, it is my empathic connection with people who have successfully risen above the fear of the Administration.

If you haven't seen them, South Park's latest two episodes (first two episodes of their season 27)  has hit the mark. It is behind a pay wall, but if you don't subscribe to the package they are part of, you can take the limited time free offer and then cancel before they start charging.

Also @earthangel got a remarkable hit with the second episode. She had seen Noem's face melting during her Read-the-Future meditation last month. She could not figure out why she was seeing this so clearly! Then two weeks later, it happend in the South Park second episode.

I felt the need to share this interview of Andry Hernandez by Tim Miller of The Bulwark.  Andry is the Venezuelan makeup artist who was recently released from CECOT.   His faith, love and compassion for others brought me to tears.

Andry does not share many details of his experience, instead focusing on the positive — his understanding of divine purpose, the joy and healing of human connection, and gratitude.  What a remarkable human being.

I would like to start a new discussion here by asking a question regarding "how empaths can stay in the light". I increasingly feel that people are more stressed and no longer look at me with the same friendly eyes as I was used to in the past like some years ago. This applies not only to some colleagues who are further away, but also to strangers who do not know me at all. This seems to be due to a social change brought about by new media. Much more negativity is being read into my normal, friendly behaviour and some negative feelings and intentions projected onto me from afar. This is much more than I was used to. I think it has almost become a trend for people to simply burden others with their own negative projections from afar and keep the other one mentally in the own negativity. I also notice this energetically. How do you deal with this energetic burden — inaccurate negative projections that you can almost feel physically, but for which you are not at all responsible given your friendly, cooperative and almost entirely harmless behaviour? I find this general development somewhat exhausting in daily life and look very much forward to your recommendations.

I came across this article today (from Aug. 2025) written by Lais Stephan, a healer and space clearing practitioner. I thought it was really interesting, uplifting, and useful. She describes a way of clearing your space at home that can be a great way to cleanse and protect during this stressful time in our history.

Hope you find it helpful!

@cc21 Thank you so much for posting this.  Today I broke down reading about the beating and murder of a blind man by police. My husband found me sobbing in the kitchen. This article is truly a life line.

I had the exact same response today. Only I started sobbing in my home office. It's devastating and heartbreaking.

I look forward to reading the article, thank you @cc21
