Beautiful, powerful meditation tonight. When we were sending out healing and it was the United States turn, I felt like the country soaked it in like a sponge.

So sorry to have missed last night’s meditation and a few weeks worth of them. I’m healing from an unexpected mild bout of asthma. I suspect it’s mold that I’m not accustomed to. Although I am allergic to fall leaves/weeds but generally don’t have congestion stick around this long. Oh well, this too shall pass! ?

I did sign on yesterday afternoon to a short 15-20 min solstice meditation I found online. Invigorating, healing, soothing and a powerful worldwide connection of healing energy. I almost got through it without hacking lol.
