Anyone have a dog on glucosamine supplements? Just found out one of our has to be on them for life, and she's not that old. They are ridiculously expensive.
Thank you for your kind words. Our Simon has cancer tumors pressing against his right lung and near his heart. There is nothing we can do. One day he will simply stop breathing (we had an incident last night, but he pulled through.) My deepest sympathy for your loss of your beloved Mya. However, this loss is only temporary, as she will be waiting to greet you when the time comes to join her, just as Simon will be waiting to greet us when his time comes.
As for Clarice, I am so worried. It is bad enough losing Simon, but to lose Clarice too, and with her being so young. I pray that the cancer can be treated. I know this is devastating to us all, as both of my parents are cancer survivors and we have lost so many friends and family members to this scourge. It is like we are living the nightmare over and over again, and one day I myself will get the news that I must fight for my life like they did. But we will fight no matter what, and we will enjoy every day we can. Better to live fully and fight with a smile than to spend life afraid and depressed. No matter what, we fight. There is no other option. Even when cancer is terminal, the determination to live out your remaining days fully and happily is fighting as well. I know of no other way. But I thank you for your kind words.
As for my insights-being an attorney has taught me to evaluate people's strengths and weaknesses, as well as how best to use them. Trump's weakness is his own myth about himself. If it goes, he will destroy himself. That is why he needs his rallies, so he can surround himself by people who worship him. He can pretend that the rest of the nation feels the same way. That is why he fills positions with people who are utterly loyal to him. Even disagreeing with Trump on a minor matter is seen as a threat, and thus cannot be tolerated. But if Trump was finally made to confront the fact that he lost the electoral college and the popular vote by millions of voters? To be told that he was fired by them? Intolerable, and thus to be avoided at all costs. His psyche simply can't accept it.

@allyn I am so sorry to here about your furry friends.. I have a saying in my house.. I will outlive all of my furry friends, but the last one.. they bring such joy I cannot imagine a life without them in it, surrounded by there love, compassion, and humor. I have a lifetime of wonderful memories throughout my whole life, and make me look forward to the rest of my life because they are in it. I will cry with each of there passing, and I will rejoice when we meet again. My prayers are always with you.

Yesterday we celebrated her 13th birthday, today we had to let her go , see my Avatar , this was our Benthe , the Shetland Sheepdog. She had a tumor at the bladder, she fighted to get 13 and then she ask to go. It was a long night with a lot of cuddles, but also I felt her pain. This noon My Daughtes, my wife and I said goodbye to a beautiful and really fantastic dog
