@jovesta In my deck, the Lovers is about family, so I'd say that the pull to be with his family more is the one motivator for him to drop out. But his family could be encouraging him to stay in.
I posted recently about the Mars-Uranus conjunction and how it impacted the charts of Harris, Biden, and Trump. Mars gave the Uranus energy a big jolt, as we all saw, and has now moved on from that point. But Uranus will continue to hover over Harris’s Jupiter (planet of good fortune and opportunity) and Trump’s Midheaven (part of the chart related to career) until May 2025. Uranus will also continue to oppose Biden’s Sun (identity and mission in life) during this time.
All this to say, that Uranus the disrupter isn’t done yet. There’s a high potential for more curveballs between now and May.

Someone else can probably explain it better, but basically it's the day when the flow of energy between the spirit world and our world is the strongest. The Sun in Leo aligns with Sirius and others. It's a period of time between the end of July and mid-August, but the 8th is considered the luckiest and most powerful day.
I learned about it because I'm a Leo and we like to read about anything that concerns us. 😆
August 8th (today) is my wedding anniversary. We got married 8/8/08 at 8:08 PM, and we chose that exact date and time because, well, it was good timing I suppose, but also because the number 8 is considered very lucky in Chinese numerology and was the same date that was also, for that very reason, the exact time the Beijing Olympics commenced.
