Hello all, my neighbor Rikki has a broken back and when they were putting rods in, they discovered she is riddled with cancer. Would you please send her healing energy. I'm only able to attend our meditation sessions on Wednesdays. I asked her to picture herself in a cocoon of light Wednesday from 4pm to 5pm. Thank you so much and I am honored and humbled by all of you and by allowing me to be a part of your group.

I have to leave for a doctor appt in an hour so I cannot attend Circle this morning. I will breathe in what I can as I sit there in the waiting room 😉 and send energy as I can when my attention isn't needed on the doctor stuff! It is primarily a med check so just routine. Thanks! ❤️
@annette-scholl Welcome to the Forum, my friend. We will including Rikki in meditation. What a terrible shock this must be for her. She is lucky to have you as a compassionate friend during this difficult, terrifying time. May she be surrounded by angels.
@bluebelle @baba @Deetoo @Seaholly @Jude and all who attended this morning, I was in a deep state during our meditation and went past our time. @tesseract, may I blame it on you who sent all that incredible light while waiting in a doctor's office? I intend to stick to one hour from now on and if we don't get to announcing aloud the names of everyone on our healing list, or I shorten one part while expanding another part, then know that everyone whose name is listed in this thread and in the chat will receive that healing. Angels are standing by to provide it. We are in a flow and I am trusting it.
@jeanne-mayell It was a beautiful meditation this morning, Jeanne. I’m happy I could be there. We will all go with the flow today. Sorry I couldn’t stay for a discussion because it’s a fascinating process. I saw faces, colors and even dipped into lavender meditation early. That’s always the sign that I am in the deepest trance state. Thank you for leading us!!
It was a deep and wonderful meditation this morning @jeannemayell because not only did I not notice us going over time, I was amazed at how many scenes came up for me as well as how quickly they appeared and intertwined with each other. That alone as well as the many twirling colours that kept coming up tells me I was in a trance for most of it. It was one of the deepest and most spectacular meditation ever for me.
@jeanne, yesterday morning’s meditation was beautiful as they all are. I wasn’t aware that we went over an hour. Although all our meditations are beautiful and powerful I especially love the morning meditation. I guess because I’m a morning person and my mind and body are open to receiving healing and positive energy. It just makes for a peaceful and positive day. I won’t be on Wednesday meditation because I have 3 back to back doctors appointments but I know that I will still reap the benefits as if I were. As you said our group is definitely in the flow now. Love to all.❤️
@jeanne-mayell, I always enjoy the colors meditation and am very grateful to you for including it yesterday. And please don't worry that you went over your intended time. We all have to go where spirit leads us!

I will be joining the Circle of Light tonight. I was going to ask for a healing for myself, but an extended family challenge has just gotten worse. I ask that the Circle please include 4 generations of my relatives in their prayers tonight. Thank you.
