I used to never fall asleep during the color meditation.
However, I realized I fell asleep in the red room and abruptly woke up when Jeanne had us travel down to the orange level. Then I started thinking, "Can I go to the orange room without really being in the red room first?" ( Seriously, who does/thinks that?) So then I told myself to go back into the red room briefly and take in the red color which I did, and then caught up with everyone on the orange level.
I do not suggest doing things that way. hahaha Kinda defeats the purpose...
I spent the rest of my time enjoying the different colors as they happened.

Earthangel, this is my take on your question. I was actually already planning on writing about what I experienced on Wednesday. There have been several very powerful meditations since I began attending Circle, Jeanne is a marvelous directed meditation leader. This past Wednesday, in particular, was indeed extra-ordinary. (hyphen on purpose).
I, like Jeanne and Jampa, do not believe you fell asleep, although I do not really agree with even a light hypnosis. Just my opinion. It may be like unto hypnosis, I don't know, not being an expert on that state, but when I read your post, hypnosis never occurred to me. SPIRIT DID. It did confirm for me something I'll describe shortly, as what was happening during that incredible space and time, for me, and I think seen or unseen, felt or not, for the full Circle. My own experience was intense and I will detail it in a sec.
I believe you were in what my teachers, both in body and in Spirit call "The Great Silence." It is a place of tremendous stillness, healing, and one-on-one connection to the Creator. It is not sleep; it is a place beyond speech—meaning not even Spirit "speaks" then, so much as they simply hold a soul in total and complete Love. We are rarely in a vibration that allows us to travel there. The way in which Jeanne leads her meditations gives this option of Great Silence a place, particularly the quiet time BEFORE Loving Kindness or any visualization such as her Color Hue direction. That's the entryway. This Great Silence is a place that is available to us at any time...unfortunately, we seldom take advantage of it. It is best in a space of safety, such as Circle of Light. It is rare and precious (but doesn't have to be rare!) It is Wholeness. It is ONENESS with ALL. I've been blessed with the experience in the past, also in a group, albeit an in-person one (and I have some thoughts about in-person vs the amazing reality of Jeanne's Zoom meditation). I was not quite all the way in to the Silence on Wednesday, but I was experiencing something connected to it.
Spirit says meditations, directed meditations, are important because they give us the opportunity to let go of "real" and step across the border into the etheric. They are good because they revitalize and re-energize us even as they quiet the physical. Meditation, those guided by Lighted people such as Jeanne, help us SAFELY bridge the distance between being healthfully on earth while maintaining our less tangible but equally vital healthful etheric reality. We all leave our bodies when we sleep. Meditation is stepping a little more consciously out of the physical boundary. Just as there are levels of sleep, there are levels of meditation. Jeanne's meditations, the ones I have experienced, have all been beyond excellent. Wednesday took it further for me, and apparently for you as well.

I went almost immediately into a deep peace, so much so that when Jeanne started the Color Hues I was momentarily startled, but I love color meditations so I started out hearing, but soon went deep again, I don't recall a lot about the Hues after the second level, the energy of the group was so threaded together that I was very cognizant of the joining of energies, beyond color, which seems strange to me. Hearing and Listening are different, you can HEAR without necessarily "listening" and sometimes we listen but we miss what we are to "hear." At any rate, I suspect you "heard" everything Jeanne said, you just were in different level of "listening" hence your not remembering until you read what Jeanne wrote. I studied color, in the spiritual senses, pretty intensely in my earlier years and mystic/intuitive color is kind of a foundation for me.
Ironically I wasn't so much seeing/hearing/feeling the colors that afternoon, I was immersed in the touch of the group. I have always felt the hand squeezing, but on Wednesday, my palms were pulsing and tangible filled with another hand. I could see a huge group of people holding hands even before Jeanne had us do that part of the meditation. The energy was so palpable it was "thick" and I could sense the Ascended Teachers, the Archangels, many many Guides and an enormous number of "just folks" who have crossed over, our loved ones as well as just FOLKS who knew none of us in life but wanted to participate in Loving Kindness from the other side. And yes, the Founders, men and women, were present. So was Lincoln. and even those still in body, but of extraordinary souls (a former Pres and First Lady come to mind now) who love America and whose Higher Selves felt the vibration and joined, no matter what the conscious self was doing. I'm trying to put it into words but it all sounds absurd, and yet. It. was. not. absurd. ItWAS. Then, when Jeanne specifically started saying names, the energy became even more "thick" not in bad way, but like being wrapped in the fluffiest, warmest, thickest comforter (the word is important!) wrapped around each of us but even more so was this incredible sphere that enfolded us. And out of which Light poured to the Earth. We were within the sphere, holding hands. When Jeanne said Tesseract, which I was not expecting, It was like ..well even I have no sensible words ... I've been in healing groups, led healing groups where one person is on the massage table and eight of us are around the table and the person on the table gets 100% attention of the group and the healing power. A friend and I led this meditation monthly for about ten years, so I know having the direct and compounded attention on you alone is powerful. This, THIS was beyond powerful. The outer wall of the sphere was clear, holding us within it. In the sphere was this thick, comforter-ish vibration that enfolded us, filling the space among and between us. It was as if we were in person, no distance between any of us. Back in the day, at an ARE Meeting they did that in a group. Everyone got oh 30 seconds of everyone directing healing to them. In person. This magnified that by 5000 maybe 10,000, at least. The center of the Sphere was both a solid yet infinitely soft ball, molecular somehow. It filled the inner circle. Dang, that doesn't really do it. There are no words and I am a word person!!! The Ascended Teachers, Archangels and everyone else were all with us inside and outside of the sphere. I think the sphere was to contain and direct the LIGHT to earth. ANYWAY, when Jeanne said we could open our eyes. I could not. My eyes would not open. I had to try three times before I could get them open and even then I was not all there. I didn't want to come back. The impact and it was an IMPACT almost a THUD (tho not hurtful, just INTENSE) when Jeanne said my name, that I literally rocked in my chair. That energy was the combination/compounding not only of us but of all those souls I listed earlier. WE were the sphere and the gentle softness of the center. WE were ONE. The Light accessed our compounded Energy and SENT IT OUT ACROSS THE GLOBE.
I will never forget it. Words cannot do it justice. This is just a long-winded attempt to capture something that is beyond words.
One more thing. On Monday Jeanne and I talked for a minute about Cayce and how some of his predictions did not come true. I am being impressed to say to you Jeanne, that they did not come true because they were no longer needed. Spirit is kind of chuckling -- with you -- because YOU and your site, the Forum, and in particular this Circle are all about CHANGING what some believed would occur. One of the reasons this "Reading the Future" is so important is not so much for the accuracy, but because the very nature of predictions is to BRING TO THE SURFACE what may be. Some things are set, at a certain point, the body is done. Certain things don't change, but many MANY human events and actions CAN CHANGE and they can, precisely because humanity has the power to make changes when "two or more are gathered" in whatever NAME a person needs/wants to use, and what could be disastrous becomes null. Time is of the essence because there is no TIME anywhere but here, on planet. Changes happen because humanity re-configures where it can, and where enough people join together in LOVE and with LIGHT.
I zoned. I need to get this posted, it if will, in hopefully not too many posts. Then I need to ground myself and eat. Jeanne, I keep calling your name, but it is really your willingness to allow everyone else to be as valuable as you that makes this site work. in 2016 I went to countless psychic sites and felt ugh then I find yours. Just for the predictions, no forum. I didn't post because until now I have been back of the room introvert, but I feel so at home, so filled with joy at finding Community again, I am in tears.

I read your post with with wide eyes because I resonated with how you understand it is ALL of us that creates this light.
In the mid-eighties, spirit showed me what was coming. I've written about this so many times, forgive me, guys. I even made a youtube about in 2018.
I had seen that the seas would rise up at the east coast shoreline and many people in the collective would be so stressed out that it was as if they were drowning in that water. Then I saw streams of helpers rushing to the shore and pulling people out and flinging them back onto the shore. It was part metaphor because while the seas were going to rise, the water itself is a symbol of emotion. I've had many dreams where someone is flailing in the water and I am on the dock and have to get them out. So when you are drowning in the water, it means you are overcome with emotion, not actually drowning. So there they were, hundreds of people who could not handle what was happening in our world, especially the climate.
Next in the dream I saw thousands of young people with briefcases (it was before computers, so I now see it was laptops, not briefcases, they wre carrying). They were streaming upstate from NYC. I later wondered if I'd been seeing 9/11.
But in another sense, I was seeing the march of the new millenium that we are still making to higher ground.
When I looked up ahead of the NYC well-heeled refugees who were streaming upstate, I saw a cliff that looked about a thousand feet high. We had to scale that height to get to a new plateau, which I took to mean, we had to EVOLVE, rise, get our hearts and souls to a higher level if were going to cope with the new world that was coming, the world that is unfolding right now.
And here is the nub of the nub, the core of the nugget I'm trying to get to:
When I saw that cliff in that dream that we had to scale, I spoke to spirit. I said, how am I going to get those people up there when I'm not up there myself? It sounds so crazy when I recount this dream, but it really really did happen! I really had this dream.
"I'm just not that evolved," I said to Spirit. And Spirit actually responded, I kid you not. Spirit said, "They are going to help you scale that cliff. You will do it together. Some will pull you up with them and help you love more. We will help each other get up there.
So, the helpers, i.e., the lightworkers, meaning all of you, have different gifts to help with this trek we need to do. I'm not a guru, just a facilitator of sorts.
I remember that dream like it happened yesterday. And it was in the late 1980's and I didn't know any of you. Yet you came.
You say you feel so comfortable with this community. Me too. I feel I've never met people with whom I fit as I do this group. Yes, it's online, but when I met Lovendures in Boston a few years ago, it was if I'd always known her. There was no surprise or difference in what I knew of her from Zoom. When I ran into @earthangel this past summer at the Met in NYC, (so glad she called to me) I felt like she was someone I'd always known. She and her husband were people I would happily have to my home. So kind, and gentle and intelligent.
That last Circle of Light was special, although they all have felt special in some way, for me. But I did feel like I went into a trance. And suddenly we were 8 minutes past the hour and I woke up. Then was floating all night. Monday morning's was the same for me. Felt soft and warm all day.
During the meditation, the feeling of love was intense, that is why I suggested people pick someone they didn't like and send love to them. That is something I could never do, but in that meditation, we do it. Someone or something is elevating us so we can love like that.
I felt there was a group of spirits above us. I saw them rolling in, floating like clouds way above us. It was lovely to know they were there and would help us. I couldn't make out any of them, just saw clouds of light rolling in. They had the gentle energy you see in elephants. Wise, unassuming, no egos, just there to help us.
And @raincloud, I knew you were there and I felt healing power going to the person you asked us to help. Keep asking in the chat and the help will keep coming.

@Tesseract I think you and Cayce are quite compatible. In the interest of full disclosure, I discovered the Cayce readings in the late 60’s and have studied them extensively since. His philosophy saved my life and that is no exaggeration. At 81 yrs. old, the joy I feel in living now may be traced to the readings. So, I noted that your focus was on his prediction-misses not his “hits.” For those who are only interested in his misses, his son published a book listing and detailing them. Cayce insisted on transparency, on having all readings recorded, transcribed and open to the public. He insisted that inaccurate predictions be acknowledged and handled in the same way. (Part of my research ethics grew from this).
Having said that, some misses stemmed from a reading Cayce gave for men who were seeking buried treasure from the Civil War. Cayce later wondered if the “goal” was too materialistic. (He was learning too.). As to other misses, Cayce said that what is an accurate prediction at the moment may be changed by free will, someone not acting as expected, or, (my favorite) two or more people praying. “No longer being needed” fits in that something changed. So, thank you @Tesseract for that.
However, placing his misses in the context of Cayce’s life, he gave more than 14,000 readings. (No, I haven’t read them all, but I’ve benefited from many!). Approximately 10,000 readings related to health which later earned him the title of Father of Holistic Medicine. More than one advancement in medicine may be attributed to one of Cayce’s remedies. ARE has clinics devoted to his remedies. Other readings focus on spirituality with a heavy focus on being kind, patient, loving, and a "channel of blessings" to others.
So, yes, Cayce had misses, but his percentage of accurate predictions far outweigh his inaccurate ones. I believed and still do that our misses are as important as our hits for much may be learned from both. I understand, however, the excitement of hits and certainly hope we are all correct about this next election.

Yes. This is key, and why we (ALL of us, as you noted) were drawn to the site, and to the work of Light. My husband, who although his day job was as a microelectronic tech, was also a jazz drummer/keyboardist/songwriter, and he used to say, "musicians and metaphysicians have the biggest egos of anyone." It was a chuckle more than a dig because to do anything well, one must have a healthy ego. That said, the fact is, psychics—and I do really dislike that word, I prefer mystic and/or intuitive—the fact is, "psychics" and those I have met in metaphysical/new age/spiritualist communities almost always had a too healthy egos. I have dear friends who led groups who, like you, accepted the responsibilities of being an intuitive facilitator, and together we taught "development classes." Sadly, overall there were far more egoists than true facilitators. I don't mean to imply everyone I knew had out of control egos, but geesh there were a few humdingers! My first real experience with doing readings, finding my Oracle Stones and learning how to access and utilize my own gifts, had the leader, my first real in-person teacher, banishing me from his group because folks were coming to me instead of to him. So facilitator and teacher are highly honored terms in my lexicon.
I also really agree we have been drawn here over time, distance, and dimension, for this earth and humanity healing, for this gathering. You were the one who, apparently!, agreed to take on the responsibility of setting up a means to gather, & the 'net gave you a "space" in which to do so. The disturbance in the world was the bell-ringing that all of us heard, saying "it is time." and we found one another, one-by-one, over the last few years. I am quite sure that we all knew one another in other lives and this community was part of the blueprint we agreed upon together in addition to whatever was on our personal blueprints. Spirit just said to me that you and I were siblings in Atlantis. Interesting. Don't know gender, they just said "siblings." The only other sense I have is that it was one of the positive lives, not one of the tragedy ones we have all had. Hmmm, I'll have to think about that! Gave me shivers and a smile.
Your visions are marvelous. I remember the 2014 things you have shared but some of what you shared above was new to me, but it made so much sense! I love that in the renewals/refreshment of the visions over the years, the briefcases have become laptops. I love that! I also feel absolute "rightness" about the EVOLVE requirement. Translating Spirit is all about metaphors and images.

This is where that Angelic microphone Spirit showed me comes in. It helps to be in the Energy of the group, but each and every one of us can send love THROUGH the higher beings, when we can't be together on the 'net or in person. The microphone in my vision a few months ago, is available to all. Until t, I had an affirmation I used all the time when I disliked someone or needed someone to not be in my life, "I wish you the Highest and Best AWAY FROM (me, my work, whatever) it was when I found I could not, I COULD NOT say that about t and his cohorts, that I finally asked the Ascended Ones and the Angels if they could do it for me. As I have said here previously, I send my love to THEM—to Spirit, to Angels and they are evolved enough to love the t-icks of the world, of the dark. So I reiterate here, that the Angelic Microphone of Unconditional Love IS AVAILABLE TO ALL. If you absolutely can NOT send love to you know who and the MAGA folks, send love to the Angels at the mic and they will recieve it expand it and enfold all in Love. Also, because I love and write fantasy, I see the MAGA base as being ensorcelled, caught in an illusion and held in darkness. When I find myself yelling at the news I remind myself that the dark is so incredibly subtle and those who fall into darkness need help climbing out, even when they do not know it. So I send love to the Archangels and all their Hosts, or to a NAME (whichever resonates) like Mary or Kuan Yin or Buddha or the Christ Consciousness, any of them will send the love on and that helps in the clearing of illusion.
Funny you should mention elephants, my family name, since I was five is "Ep" which was shortened from "Elly" (not sure how, it just did) because at five I received for Christmas, a blue stuffed elephant I named "Elly" and who still lives in my house, 70 years later. I love elephants not just because of my child-self and her huggy stuffed friend, but because they are amazing beings.

I started reading Cayce in the early 70s so you were ahead of me, but then, I think you are six years older than I am. 😀 I mostly read Cayce for the health things. I still do. I still use products based on his readings. I wasn't at all concerned about the non-hits, everything I read about the man, not just the medium, indicated he was a person who conquered ego and allowed himself to be a vehicle for information. He was always, still is, someone I value as receiving and giving truth from Spirit. I read Hildegarde of Bingen for the same reason, her health information, oh and for her MUSIC! She and Cayce were not doing the same thing and yet, of course, they were: they were sharing information from Spirit.
The whole hit or miss thing isn't really about Cayce, he was mentioned in a conversation, but not really in a bad way. It was just mentioned that he too had some things that did not manifest & I thought (as apparently so did Spirit) that it was kind of a giggle that here, with Jeanne, we were actively attempting to CHANGE negative predictions into misses! Literally so, in politics and also in weather and global realities. From my first reading in the Forum, long before I joined in posting, it was clear to me that the exercise of learning how to receive predictions was as much the point as the predictions themselves, and even more importantly, no one was going to be humiliated or chastised for misses. Hence what I wrote, that you quoted above.
When I did individual readings (and I am not doing so at this time) when a readee asked me for a future I would first tell them, "this is what I see IN THIS MINUTE." If it was something negative, and usually folks come for readings because of something negative they are experiencing, I would give them what I was receiving at that moment, but also tell them that with the very power of thought they have the potential to adjust what no longer served them, or was actively hurting them.
For years, my husband and a dear friend and I did Clearings of negative energies around people. One of the things we learned by doing, is that you can even change the past lives when you address errors from them (think Back to the Future, that isn't just a movie it is something that can happen. Much more subtly! of course, but I have experienced it.) That's a whole 'nuther discussion, but the point is nothing is ever stationary as I am quite sure from your life wisdom you already know. Predictions capture one moment in time, and time is fluid even though it seems linear here on earth, but time moves, it is dynamic not stuck. And all lives happen at the same time, we are just in a linear incarnation. We. Can. Change. Things. I think Cayce was amazing with his astounding ability to tap into that fluidity of time and pinpoint health adjustments that could change lives. What's sad is that instead of all that health information informing our cultural medical thoughtforms, it is considered to be off to the side. But it is there, and can be found. Just as we, in this community, found this Forum.
I've kind of lost my path in this post, forgive me, I just wanted you to know I respect and have used Cayce information, I don't care what his misses are. Everyone has misses, THAT is what is so powerful about Jeanne's site, we are allowed to try, test, miss, AND hit.
My readings were almost always about the emotional body, not world predictions, so I felt out of my depth when I joined the forum. Like my readees who had been looking for hope in their lives, I was looking for someone else's predictions to give me hope. So many of the sites I went to were all about the READER not the questions, let alone viable answers. Then I found Jeanne's site and I read a lot, sometimes desperate for hope, (just because I hear Spirit doesn't mean I am immune to world reality!) I was always fascinated with how predictions were being tracked. I had never seen anyone do that before even in all of my "intuitive" communities. Even more, and why I finally (after years really of Spirit nudging me) joined the Forum, was because I could see that hits here weren't about ego, they were about truly trying to understand what was going on in our scared t-orangey-ick world and WAS IT GOING TO GET BETTER. And it did.
Even more, I've learned that predictions were/are the surface, and the Depth of this site isn't the predictions, it's that we are each given the opportunity to grow our own gifts, to experiment, to exercise our intuitive muscles, (for me in new ways!) and most of all, to grow together as a community of Light so we can use those gifts/skills to help adjust the dark's current imprint on this world, and we do that by flooding that dark with Light and Love.
As usual, once I started typing I went a little loco. Thanks for bearing with my thoughts. Sometimes I make myself stay away from responding because I go on and on and it feels like too much. Other times Spirit says, get your butt into the office and TYPE. So I do.
I think you and I have a lot in common, but then we are both HERE, and the karmic connection between all of us touching into this site, is profound.

@tesseract RE your comment about telling a readee that the info you were providing was IN THIS MINUTE: I have done Tarot readings for many (50+) years, and one thing that I learned along the way was to encourage readees to wait a week or two before getting a reading on a subject about which they were terribly upset or emotionally affected. I tell them that in that state they are likely to get a “worst-case scenario” reading. Some would still want the reading, and I would do it but would temper it with that warning.
Also, a frequent question after a reading would be, “When should I come back for another reading?” The answer to that varied depending on circumstances, but I usually suggested that they wait until things had played out in terms of the reading they had just had, or if changes came about because they had changed course based on what they had learned from the reading.
I like your IN THIS MINUTE statement and hope you don’t mind if I borrow it for my readings.

I just love this discussion of your experiences in Circle and with Jeanne's site and how that compares to previous experiences you have had. I totally agree the above quote about the specialness of this site is being able to learn to grow our own gifts. That was one of the most profound things I learned when I first joined in here (also around 2016, looking for hope.) Realizing we all have the capacity to grow our gifts and then have this loving community in which to do it is an amazing gift. And I *really* need to get back to Wed. night Circle! 😊
