For Circle - My cousin Nancy who is 81 is in ICU with RSV. Prognosis is GOOD I spoke with her yesterday but please add her to the Circle Healing.

Also please healing for me too, my left shoulder, the one I fell on in August is acting up this morning. I will be at Circle ❤️ Just participating will help me, but a little help from the compounded energy of friends is always incredible. Thanks!

orcas are trapped in ice off of Japan. Please pray they get help.

@elaineg 8 hours ago the news was filled with a video showing the orcas appear to be free. We will still send help to them to get them away from that area soon.
