We receive quite a few requests for login issues.  Please know that you may use your email or username to log in.  If your password is still not working then please select the password reset button below the login form.  This will send you a personal email to reset your password.  If you continue to have any password reset issues, use the contact form below and we will manually reset your password.

Before reaching out for help:

  • Make sure you tried to login with the same email address, username, and password you used when you first created your account.
  • Also check to be sure your account hasn’t expired. You can view your membership status at the top of  https://jeannemayell.com/register.   Monthly accounts expire after 30 days, unless you requested automatic renewal when you created your account. Check the confirmation email we sent you when you signed up, to see your username and password. If it says that you do not have any current memberships this usually means registered with a different username.
  • When you paid for your account, be sure your credit card was actually charged.
