DESCRIPTION:Circle of Light Zoom Meditation\nNote: Circle is taking a break while I teach my course Jan-March 15\, 2026. The course keeps me very busy teaching people each week and helping them grow intuitively.  I will return to Circle after the course is finished March 23rd.  \n\n\nWhen Circle is not meeting\, meditate to my 8 minute  loving kindness meditation recording here: \n\n  \nDuring the Circle of Light we begin with a silent mindfulness meditation\,  then move into a Loving Kindness meditation. Loving kindness meditations begin with sending healing and love to ourselves\, then the entire world. We also send energy and healing to particular individuals and groups. \n\n\n\nPlease close the doors to your room\, let us see you at least for a brief moment if you are new\, and turn off your mic.\nIf you want to get an abbreviated sample of this loving kindness meditation\, go here.\nThis event is free\, although donations are welcome.
